Animals in my opinion, make the world a much more interesting place - it would be so boring without them! I also have a horse, 4 Beta Fish (they are so beautiful I call them my "swimming flowers) a guniea pig (Sammy, aka "Sammer the Scammer"), and a hamster named "princess Sophia". They all give my family so much joy!
Boston Terriers are GREAT dogs! You sound like an animal lover like me. Personally, I would LOVE to know where the name Sammer the Scammer comes from. Sounds like he can swindle some special treatment.

I have 2 dogs, MY dog which is a border collie/blue heeler mix and Anastasia which is my wife's dog and she is a Teacup Chihuahua, and the cat, Cleo, who doesn't know her name is Cleo because I have been calling her Kit-Kat for 8 years. I love my animals!
LOL! If I told where Scammers name came from - I'd get in trouble! Your dogs sound beautiful. I used to be a "cat person", but now Im partial to dogs. I love ALL animals tho. Well, except for crows. I dont have much use for bears either. LOL!
I am thankful that you are aware the BEARS are one of the greatest dangers to this planet!! Crows aren't much better. If I hear my crow shout "Nevermore" one more time I swear I will put a bullet through it's head!!
SHhhh...don't tell anyone, but I take pot shots at them when they hang out by our fountain in the back yard. One time, a crow left us a bloodbath in it - a dead baby lizard, a dead baby bird and a whole lotta bread it probably got from a dumpster! Puke! Smart little buggers don't come back much after experiencing the wrath of my BB gun!
Shoot I wouldn't be a true Texan if I didn't have a few dead crows on account of the BB gun I got when I was 6! Then I became older, and moved onto blowing away turtles and snakes on the Sabine River with a buck shot 12-gage. Let me tell you, buck shot pretty much destroys anything in its path. Many a water moccasins felt my wrath. I feel bad now, but I really hate snakes.
Don't think about all the things you fear, just be glad you're here.

Your so bad! The snakes I'd shoot in a heartbeat if they were on my property - but turtles!!? No way! LOL! Water moccasins scare me the most out of all the snakes. Maybe Im not a "true" animal lover.

We've got some lucky pets, you and I.
I've parred down! I usually have chickens but my ex-inlaws have 3 bird dogs and if they got one of my chickens ...... it wouldn't be good.
I lose alot of animals, more than most people because I only adopt old unadoptables cats. They die more often but many cats will be with me for 10 or so years . I had a cat die of natural cause at 26. She was born on my bed when I was 5 and I was 31 when she died. She looked mummified and her hearing, sight and taste was dim. She fell asleep outside on the grass, behind a bush, and died in the shade on a sunny day.
    I just like old animals.

I wish they would outlaw all breeding until the animals we have are absorbed. Those puppymills make me sick, I can't watch them.
