    This seems to be the whole attitude of the Left. Oh well, never mind that we are sending out $100 billion plus our governmental foreign aid every year. Beat the Nazis, stopped the Soviets, ended worldwide slavery, fight hunger, dethrone dictators, stopped the Japanese imperialists, stopped the nuclear missiles in Cuba, integrated our own society, responded to scores of natural disasters...let's see..what else?

    Invented low cost automobiles, freeways, television, jet airliners, the internet, personal computers, cell phones, communication satellites. Oh, and put men on the moon.
