    Baby powder is too easy to identify by smell without opening the envelope. They are more likely to use something with no smell to it, like baking powder.

    One scenario I haven't heard discussed is the possibility that these so-called non-exploding bombs are being sent by a liberal group or Democrat to cause a media distraction from the caravan and gain sympathy for Democrats running in the mid-term elections.

    I know it's not likely, but at this point anything is possible. I've yet to hear anyone even bring up such a possibility.
