    I heard that this U.S. intellectual property was sold to China rather than putting people in the U.S. to work.

    So not only did we sell China the know-how, the Chinese admittedly are selling this product for less than the cost of manufacture - and German companies are having to lay off people because they also cannot compete. So how is China subsidizing the solar companies? And what can we do about it other than the tired mantra "Buy American?" I like that but many no longer get paid enough to stick to it.

    Plus we have had many problems with Chinese products in recent years - like poison drywall.
