The Russians are right. There is no crime against "interfering with an election" or "meddling in an election" either. The First Amendment protects everyone against any prosecution for free speech whether at a staged rally in New York or in an ad on Facebook. The First Amendment doesn't just apply to Americans, it applies to everyone, every person or entity. The whole purpose of campaigns is to "interfere" and "meddle" in an election to ... win it. Supporting a candidate or opposing a candidate is not "interfering" or "meddling", it's free expression of your view.

I hope Trump pardons every single person convicted or who plead guilty to anything Mueller charged them with. It's all made up or fruit from the poison tree. I hope he pardons Michael Cohen, too, even though I know Trump is mad at him about those recordings, Cohen did not deserve what came down on him and it only came down on him because he worked for Donald Trump.
