FEDS GRANT EMINENT DOMAIN TO CHINA

There is this story spreading around the blogs and forums, dose anyone have any insight into its validity? It sound a bit far fetched but nowadays everything will require checking!

    =========================
Feds grant eminent domain as collateral to China for US debts.

    February 26, 2009
FEDS GRANT EMINENT DOMAIN AS COLLATERAL TO CHINA FOR U.S. DEBTS!
Beijing, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continu More..ed purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.

Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

This is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA. An outrage worthy of violent overthrow.

I am endeavoring to obtain images or copies of the actual document but in the interim, several different sources both in the US and in China have CONFIRMED this to me.

More details as they become available. . . . . spread the word ASAP.

I'm sure that if we're waiting for any kind of "official" confirmation from our alleged government, we've got one hell of a long wait.

But, as I said on another thread dealing with the same topic........there HAS to be some kind of collateral offered to China and what do we have left except for the United States itself?

Would such a move really surprise any of us?

We were supposed to war with China before this happened. This is as good as any surrender. I guess we did, only the war was economic instead of volence and the Chinese won. The victory was orchastrated by our previous leaders knowing damn well what would happen after years of such a large trade deficit with China. They're not stupid. They knew it would come to this. They put our economy at risk and our security at tha same time. Bring the traitors to court NOW!

And why was Clinton so quick to hand over the reigns? That is esssentially what she did.

And why wasn't the preperation of this discussed at round tables on TV? If I state what needs to be done to our traitors who have made a mockery of our soveriegnty, I would surely be banned, not to mention being brought to a FEMA camp.

This wasn't supposed to ever happen. We just lost our country.

It may look like a duck, walk like a duck and talk like a duck but I think it is French if you know what I mean.

How were we to win a war against China when we now have no way of even manufacturing the war machine it would take to defend ourselves?

The Clinton's have been in the Chinese pocket for years now...

Might as well send me to one of these FEMA camps, I have been able to keep working for the time being but unfortunately I'm on my last house for awhile and I don't see anything coming up in the near future...

I'd like to see some other sources for this, but nothing is too far out anymore.

But, as I said on another thread dealing with the same topic........there HAS to be some kind of collateral offered to China and what do we have left except for the United States itself?
Illegal immigration and CIR are the collateral. Those who've been here for a while remember the visit from Chicom Hu in 2006. Shortly thereafter the trigger was pulled on the "spontaneous" marches in our streets and Bush was on TV selling CIR. That didn't go so well.

Our nation has a declining and aging population. The Chinese are certainly concerned about their payback in cash and trade under this situation. Our government for years has looked the other way while aliens have flooded over the borders. At he same time they've moved in millions from Asian and African countries with high birthrates circumventing immigration laws by declaring them "refugees." They were supposed to start the country growing again, the lifetime economic actions of these and their progeny would provide the "collateral" to appease the Chinese money lenders until we could offer them a huge consumer continent. This could have worked except for a fatal flaw. You can't have an open border and unlimited importation of poverty in a socialist welfare state.

Looks like the present administration has prevented 70 million Americans from leaving the workforce while it drains their wealth to prop up the failed plan. God help our children and grandchildren.

I'm not buying it. There is no documented evidence that this is true. More than likely this is nothing more than an unvalidated rumor (conspiracy theory). Let's talk about it when we have some real evidence, or at least something stronger than what we have right now. IMO, discussing this right now is a waste of time and energy.

Are you thinking that someone deliberately planted a false story to stir things up.......someone of the French speaking persuasion to take that idea one step further.....for their own personal agenda?

Sounds phony to me, or at best, a misinterpretation of an agreement. Most eminent domain issues are state/local, and controlled at that level. The recent Supreme Court ruling on eminent domain used for acquiring private property by the state for third party development kicked the issue back to the states. Since then 43 states have modified state laws and/or constitutions to limit eminent domain seizures to actual use for the public good, pretty much ruling out commercial development. If the Feds did indeed grant eminent domain to China I believe it is un-constitutional for numerous reasons:

    1. Conflicts with states rights, as noted above.
    2. The Constitution may grant the federal government authority to invoke eminent domain for the public good, but it does not grant the federal government the authority to grant eminent domain to anyone else. Moreover, if the Feds decided to invoke eminent domain itself, and then fork the property over to the Chinese, we would be back again to a Constitutional challenge as to the Feds authority and to the meaning of 'public good'.
    3. I believe the granting of US property, either Federal, State or Private, to a foreign government violates the property rights of citizens under the Constitution no matter what mechanism is used.
    4. If all else fails, each eminent domain case could be taken to court to ensure adequate compensation under the Constitution. If not, this violates the Constitution with regard to fair compensation. If taken to court, juries could set virtually any value they wanted, if a basis for that amount could be established.
    5. However, I would strongly support the Fed if they wanted to give California to the Chinese provided the Chinese also had to take Scwhartzneggar, Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein, and the mayors of LA and San Francisco. And Al Franken.
