FORT MYERS—At some point, the world turned upside down for Noemi Ramos’ alleged victims.

So accustomed had the four young girls become to buying pills, accepting their beatings and fending off Ramos’ male friends that the world of drug dealers, users and perverts turned routine, Lee County detectives say.

One alleged victim told an investigator that her fear wore off as she ran drugs to Ramos daily.

“She stated that now she is used to it. She has developed relationships with the wives of the drug dealers as well as their families,â€
