KATHLEEN SEBELIUS: In an ideal world there would have been a lot more testing. We did not have the luxury of that with a law that said it’s go time on October 1st and frankly a political atmosphere where the majority party at least in the House was determined to stop this any way they possibly could including shutting down the United States government. So it was not an ideal atmosphere.

Really!!!!! Really??????? Get real here you freak!!!! What part of forcing these draconian policies on the American people with the lie of its good for them but not for you do you think we don't get here.. Remember "you do work for us" whether you think so or not Sebelius. Do you think no one understands these lies your spewing over the air waves. All this idiocy is geared toward helping the corporations, not the American workers. This is to help the corporations get out from under the yolk of "responsibility"they have had of the healthcare and pensions supplied for the people who worked for them for years, leaving more profits, and cheap labor for them!!!! This is what amnesty is all about stupid uneducated workers for them, paid for in pesos, with loss of jobs for us, because we have the audacity to expect an honest wage for an honest days pay, and we are not stupid enough yet, to fall for it.
