    In my city we call it Autumnfest. I love the Autumn celebration, crafts and food. Too bad I can't go this year because of chemo and my resistance being low. Can't be in crowds.

    Hope evryone else has a wonderful time!!!!

    Octoberfest is best celebrated with a nice helping of sauerbraten

    Bock beer...a very dark beer....(the bottom of the kegs) is an acquired taste...... and very good

    P.S...... the picture above just made me VERY hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My Aunt owned a German restaurant (forever) in Glendale, New York and the above picture brought back many great memories....my Dad was a German baker......oooooh...the good memories
