Add to that 36 billion the billions given annually in subsidies and tax deductions to dirty energy producers and their taxpayer subsidized expansion of pipelines for EXPORT of their product FOR PROFITS; IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO CONVERT TO RENEWABLE ENERGIES AND stop the rising ocean temperatures producing storms & drought conditions.

Stock holders are profiting while we suffer lost lives & billions in costs to help disasters they are causing on their way to the bank. A deduction of profits made by the dirty energy corps/their stockholders should be made to contribute instead of innocent taxpayers having to foot these bills.
