    It is interesting to watch this video now and hear the end where he talks about ObamaCare cutting Medicare medical insurance by a certain percent and how there will be more and more people on Medicare as the baby boomers age. I wonder what the doctor would have to say about Paul Ryan's budget proposal to eliminate Medicare completely? I do wonder about the rationing but I think it's a way to prevent doctors from doing tests that have already been done on the patient by another doctor.
