Our federal Constitution commands that the people of each state vote for their electors and their electors vote for the President.


Our Constitution by its 14th Amendment provides a penalty for any abridgement of the right to vote making any abridgement federally protected.


By our Constitution’s 15th Amendment, the right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude, making this right federally protected.


By the 19th Amendment the right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex making any abridgement federally protected.


By the 24th Amendment The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State by reasons of failure to pay any poll tax or other tax.


And by the 26th Amendment, the right of citizens of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of age.


So, what actually constitutes an abridgement of the right to vote which is federally protected as stated above?


If a State’s employees who count election results are free to count illegal ballots ___ ballots which do not meet the States voting requirements and restrictions ___ would that constitute an “abridgement” of the federally protected right to vote? The answer to this question is a resounding ‘Yes”, as each illegal ballot would in effect cancel out a Citizen’s legally presented ballot and thus be an infringement.


So, to protect against such infringements, should our federal courts require, when an appropriate request is made, that all ballots be inspected by representatives of each political party to insure each ballot is a legally counted ballot?

We need to get Uniform Voting Rules & Regulations in place with cross checking and those rules need to be enforced.

I am sick of this blatant fraud and cheating, not only by sanctuary cities registering illegal aliens and non-citizens to vote, but those who are working in the polling places and those who fraudulently fill out those ballots, and stuff the ballots.

Those Mayors and Governors who have registered illegal aliens to vote through issuing illegal aliens Drivers Licenses and IDs need to be prosecuted for this and removed from office. It is a Felony and they are not above the law. No one is paying for their crimes against the American people by undermining our elections.

Illegal aliens should not be permitted to vote in our Federal elections NOR our State elections. They are not their own countries, they are part of the UNITED STATES of America. This is out of control.

I think it was to cover up their fraud. They would not let the Republicans in to observe the counting. I would not doubt if they dumped some fraudulent ballots.

This whole thing is a joke and our election process is no longer sacred and has been comprised by many people that are involved all across the board from the A.G.'s of the state, the Democrat Mayors and Governors, the volunteers, and the public cheating...not to mention the Sewer Rats in D.C. and Pelosi's "arrows" in her quiver.

That is why I posted my solution to have the National Guard take over 100%. N.G. cheats and they will be Court Martialed for it. We need professionals to take this over way before 2024. We deserve to have safety, security, and integrity knowing our LEGAL votes will be counted.

National Guard is already at some polling places helping with the votes. Let them handle all of it in the future.

Get a TASK FORCE together to pass a National Uniform Voting Rules & Procedures Act in 2021.

For all State and Federal elections. We need uniform rules all States follow. Let the National Guard handle 100% of our State and Federal polling places and count our votes!

ONE voting machine needs to be created for all States to use, with print out of our vote, and confirmation number. Get this machine built and the testing phase done for accuracy. This voting machine should be able to upload the election results to a secure Military location to safeguard our votes.

We want the National Guard to count our votes for our safety and security, and voting integrity, and NO more cheating.

Upload the results to a secure Military location and no results should be announced until ALL ballots are in and counted, including Hawaii. We give the East Coast results and that is a 3-4 hour window of opportunity for cheating or people give up and go home if they "think" they lost so they do not vote.

We now have the Fake News announcing the results with their little "check marks" and calling the shots BEFORE all ballots are counted. This is causing mass hysteria and chaos across the country with these lies. This is not fair to the American people. ALL VOTES COUNT.

Mandatory valid Photo ID, signature matching, and Request for Absentee Ballots only.

Extend voting in-person Nov 1st - Nov 3rd to alleviate long lines where necessary with the National Guard manning the polling stations. We can still have volunteers involved but the Guard is in charge.

END Motor Voter registering illegal aliens and non-citizens to vote! Register at Voter Registration office only with proper documents.

Create a system to get deceased off the roles and those who moved.

National Guard will discourage non-citizens and illegal aliens voting, a Felony!

We must get this done in 2021 and tested for accuracy.

Every State needs to wipe out their entire Voter Registration rolls and create a new database. Give voters a 12-month window to call the Voter Office, confirm their information, and transfer them to the new system and then close the old Database. After 12 month window, send a Notice to Call to the remaining people on the old database. We have got to clean up the Voter Rolls, get illegal off, non-citizens, deceased people, and those who moved. Start over will be the easiest way and get it done within the next two years.

We need this done and up and running way before the 2024 election.

We now have rogue States allowing illegal aliens and non-citizens to vote in State elections. This is outrages! We are the UNITED States of America. The same rules should apply for ALL States across the board for accuracy and consistency in our State and Federal elections. These states are not their own country to make up their own rules to undermine our elections. This should not be permitted.
