    Interesting web site

I stumbled across this when I was looking up CH2M Hill (after watching a story about a city that has using them to run the city)
It has a lot of the big hitters (defense contractors) like Kellog, Brown and Root, Northrup Grumman and the names of their officers. I want to find out more about CH2M Hill to see just what these cities are getting themselves into!

It looks to me like a watchdog group exposing how Gov. contracts
are won. That itself is such a mess and downright criminal, the way
    the contracts are awarded.

I don't understand what you are getting at, about them running
cities and you looking for what cities are getting themselves into.

    Please explain.

I had read an article a while back out cities "outsourcing" to private firms things that city employees would normally do like repairs, sewers, etc.

Then I heard on the news of a city that was doing this. I am very leary of the partnerships being forged between the public (government) and private (big corporations). I just feel like both are ganged up on the American taxpayer.
