Feinstein Wants To Hide Her Semi-Auto Gun

ALERT: With the fear it will not pass on its own, Dianne Feinstein will use backdoor tactics as says she will "probably" introduce her Semi-Auto Gun Ban as an amendment to a general gun control bill. There is a Judiciary Committee markup that could take place as early as the end of February where Feinstein could present her gun ban as an amendment
When asked how it could be stopped Feinstein replied, "There would be a motion to remove it is what would happen. So I have to make a decision strategically on what to do, and I will." This is exactly what needs to happen; we must tell Congress to STOP her gun ban as well as any other legislation infringing on our Second Amendment rights.

Here is a summary of Feinstein's semi-automatic ban proposal:

• 158 specifically-named firearms. -Many of the weapons on this banned list are used every day in America for hunting, sport, or personal protection.
• All semiautomatic rifles that can accept a detachable magazine and have at least one military feature: pistol grip; forward grip; folding, telescoping, or detachable stock; grenade launcher or rocket launcher; barrel shroud; or threaded barrel.
• All semiautomatic pistols that can accept a detachable magazine and have at least one military feature: threaded barrel; second pistol grip; barrel shroud; capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip; or semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm.
• All semiautomatic rifles and handguns that have a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds.
• All semiautomatic shotguns that have a folding, telescoping, or detachable stock; pistol grip; fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 5 rounds; ability to accept a detachable magazine; forward grip; grenade launcher or rocket launcher; or shotgun with a revolving cylinder.
• All ammunition feeding devices (magazines, strips, and drums) capable of accepting more than 10 rounds.

• Thumbhole stocks, a type of stock that was created as a workaround to avoid prohibitions on pistol grips. -A thumbhole stock is not a substitute for a pistol grip; it is designed to keep the shooter as steady as possible. They are used on many hunting and target rifles designed for top accuracy.

Here are the guidelines on what to do if you already own one of these firearms that would be "banned" if the gun ban were passed:

• Requiring a background check on all sales or transfers of a grandfathered assault weapon. This background check can be run through the FBI or, if a state chooses, initiated with a state agency, as with the existing background check system.
• Prohibiting the sale or transfer of large-capacity ammunition feeding devices lawfully possessed on the date of enactment of the bill. -How could they regulate the sale or transfer of large-capacity magazines when they do not have serial numbers or records of sale?
• Allowing states and localities to use federal Byrne JAG grant funds to conduct a voluntary buy-back program for grandfathered assault weapons and large-capacity ammunition feeding devices.
• Imposing a safe storage requirement for grandfathered firearms, to keep them away from prohibited persons. -Could this mean the government must know where you're keeping your grandfathered firearms?
• Requiring that assault weapons and large-capacity ammunition feeding devices manufactured after the date of the bill's enactment be engraved with the serial number and date of manufacture of the weapon

Since the re-election of Obama there has been constant pressure and threats toward our Second Amendment. The only way to counteract these threats is for Law Abiding gun owners to stand up against them. We must let our Congress know we do not support this proposed anti-gun legislation. The Gun Lobby's Jewish Enemies List

The National Rifle Association compiled a list of its enemies and it reads like a Jewish who’s who list. The list, prepared by the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action includes 506 individuals, organizations, media outlets and corporations that “have lent monetary, grassroots or some other type of direct support to anti-gun organizations.”

The groups listed by the NRA as enemies of the gun-rights cause could easily populate a Conference of Presidents meeting room. They include major Jewish national organizations, including the Anti Defamation League, American Jewish Committee, B’nai B’rith, and the Jewish Labor Committee; two major Jewish women organizations: Hadassah and National Council of Jewish Women; and the Central Conference of American Rabbis, which is the Reform movement’s rabbinical arm.

Reform Jews, the list suggests, are among the NRA’s worst adversaries. The list includes not only their national rabbinical group but also names specifically the Union for Reform Judaism’s former president Eric Yoffie and David Saperstein, director of the group’s Religious Action Center, as individuals fighting for gun control laws.

The NRA anti-gun advocates list is divided into several categories, each of which enjoys significant Jewish presence. Ben and Jerry’s ice cream company and its founder Ben Cohen star on the list of anti-gun corporations, as do Levi Strauss and several other companies with top Jewish executives. Notable entries on the list of film and TV celebrities the gun lobby fears include Barbara Streisand, Mel Brooks, Billy Crystal, Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Silverman and many others. Even the late Ed Koch made the list, as did Chicago judge and Obama supporter Abner Mikva.

Over-representation of Jews on the NRA enemy list should not come as a great surprise, as Jewish activists have always been on the forefront of the battle for gun control. Had the list included politicians, it is likely that top Jewish elected officials, such as New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Senators Dianne Feinstein and Chuck Schumer would also make the list.

On the other hand, the Jewish community also produced a few prominent pro-gun activists, but not enough to offset the image of American Jews as being on the anti-gun side of the debate.

How much more evidence do people need to know who the enemy of Humanity is, where the money is coming from, and the end game?

Today's Distraction Topic: Climate Change

For a while now, the Democrats have thrown topic after topic into the news cycle, hoping that it will cause conservatives to divide their attention, allowing for one to finally slip through with scattered opposition. I'll give you some examples: Contraception, gay marriage, gun control, immigration, women in the military, sequestration. These are just some of the issues that liberals are bouncing between every other day.

Today they would like you to focus on climate change. Liberal senators today held a news conference to announce legislation that will establish a fee for CO2 emissions to help fund green energy projects … because government-funded green energy projects have been so successful (Solyndra?).

Is a carbon tax really going to go anywhere? Last month, White House spokesman Jay Carney told us that his administration had “no intention of proposing a carbon tax.” But technically Obama isn't proposing this idea; Senators Bernie Sanders and Barbara Boxer are proposing this bill. Also remember that in 2008, Barack Obama told the San Francisco Chronicle:

What I've said is that we would put a cap and trade system in place that is as aggressive, if not more aggressive, than anybody else's out there.

I was the first to call for a 100% auction on the cap and trade system, which means that every unit of carbon or greenhouse gases emitted would be charged to the polluter. That will create a market in which whatever technologies are out there that are being presented, whatever power plants that are being built, that they would have to meet the rigors of that market and the ratcheted down caps that are being placed, imposed every year.

So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it's just that it will bankrupt them because they're going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that's being emitted.

That will also generate billions of dollars that we can invest in solar, wind, biodiesel and other alternative energy approaches.

The only thing I've said with respect to coal, I haven't been some coal booster. What I have said is that for us to take coal off the table as a (sic) ideological matter as opposed to saying if technology allows us to use coal in a clean way, we should pursue it.

So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can.

It's just that it will bankrupt them.

I don't know about you, but that sounds similar to what Sanders and Boxer are proposing: A system to limit carbon emissions, which would fund clean energy investments. Barack Obama said in his State of the Union that we had to focus on climate change, and at one point he supported the concept of cap-and-trade or CO2 fees to pay for green energy projects. Will he consider bridging the gap during his last term?

Rand Paul Says It's The End Of The Second Amendment



Dianne Feinstein Wants Your Guns And She Is Willing To Tear Up The Constitution To Get Them.

Who cares that the Second Amendment to the Constitution gives you the right to keep and bear arms? Not Dianne Feinstein.

Let's not mince words. Feinstein, Barack Obama and their far-left cronies want your guns... they're not going to let that "pesky Second Amendment" get in their way... they'll do it inch-by-inch if they must... and they're not going to stop until they have every handgun, shotgun and long gun in the nation...

and we're not about to let them get away with it.

Lest you think we exaggerate, remember that Senator Feinstein made her intentions all too clear long ago. In her own words: "If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an outright ban, picking up every one of them - Mr. and Mrs. America turn eem all in n I would have done it."

That's not a reasonable statement from a reasonable person and that means thatright here and right now, we must erect our last line of defense to preserve freedom and liberty in America.

The Constitution of the United States guarantees the right for ALL law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms... not some... not a few... not just Obama's TSA, which has gone on a literal ammunition shopping spree... but ALL citizens. The time to take a stand is now.

David Keene of the National Rifle Association (NRA) said it best when he said that

When the door to your house is kicked in at 3 AM by some criminal with evil on his mind, Dianne Feinstein won't be sitting at the foot of your bed to protect you.

When your daughter is walking home alone in the dark, will Dianne Feinstein be there to make sure that she gets home safe and sound? The answer is a resounding NO.

The simple fact is that the left has wanted to take away the Second Amendment for decades, step-by-step, inch by inch. They tried to put their foot in the door with the assault weapons ban, years ago, and they haven't stopped.

They believe that certain undesirables (read you) shouldn't be allowed guns. And they have the nerve to incredulously claim that we should censor violent movies and video games, all the while cashing their donations from Hollywood moguls who make millions from movies that glorify violence.

Well we're sick and tired of their hypocrisy.

Their ideas and their plotting to disarm America must be stopped

The right to keep and bear arms in the Constitution is not there so that you can go duck hunting. It isn't there so you can plink-off a few beer cans in the back garden with your buddies.

The right to keep and bear arms was laid down so that never again would a government rule America like King George tried to rule his colonies.

An armed citizenry is a respected citizenry.

An armed citizenry can resist the tyrannical oppressors of liberty. It would appear our elected officials forget all about that... it's time to remind them

There are still some in Washington who understand liberty. Here's what Rand Paul said when he read Dianne Feinstein's proposed "Assault Weapons" bill:

"After reading Senator Dianne Feinsteinis new so-called 'Assault Weapons' Ban, I can only describe this radical scheme as the effective END of the Second Amendment in America."

There you have it folks. Like Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini and Mao before them, crazed leftists know that in order to subjugate you under the oppressive jackboot of government, they must first strip you of your right to defend yourself.

That is what Feinstein's bill is all about. They will tell you its purpose is to save lives, they will tell you that its purpose is to preserve public safety. But remember what Franklin said:

"Those who beat their swords into plowshares usually end up plowing for those who didnit."

What's next? The First Amendment? Don't think it won't happen. Holding high office is no guarantee that the holder will respect the document that makes America what it is.

Are we Americans going to allow tyranny to gain a foothold on our watch? If we do, what is to stop the next Obama-wannabe from coming along and telling us that we are abusing our personal freedom of speech and that they

"have to move to limit it?"

America is not just a place... it's an idea... a glorious experiment... a place where our rights are given to us by God, not dished out to us like welfare checks from our self-proclaimed rulers.

We as a nation must not turn our swords into plowshares because Dianne Feinstein says so, or one day we will find ourselves plowing for Dianne Feinstein
