duckman, people like Kerry are afraid of the Tea Party for a good reason. The Tea Party is grass roots with no single leader that can be attacked. Make no mistake, the Tea Party represents the thinking of a HUGE portion of the U.S . population.

Senator Kerry is irrational and is symptomatic of what's wrong with the Shadow government that actually runs the U. S.

As for the Tea Party, maybe it has lost some popularity due to the budget impasse in Washington but it is no more responsible for that impasse than the other factions.

When between a rock and hard place,...you generally lose ground, take a hit, cannot run from without being scathed. Some injury is bound to take place.

The TP was/is a great idea. Problem was, it WAS reactionary, after the fact. It was formed when "between a rock and a hard place."

Americans will have to get up a little earlier in the morn to get out in front of the pack of hyenas.

Is it possible for the masses of the public to learn to think differently, PRIOR to collapse? Or to not place themselves in "between the rock and the hard place?"

Are there are other ways of thinking, preparing, acting in a conservative manner that is both forward moving and yet not suicidal, or so injurious to the whole system?

Hopefully the TP will continue and take time to tear apart (not physically) the mechanisms that have got us to where we are today, being honest about it, reflecting upon the past and start to come up with alternatives that are not as destructive as those that ran helter-skelter for so long.

Otherwise we will continue to play,...one, two, three,.....hike!

Bank on yourself,...or as Buffet would say,......"Invest in yourself."

“It doesn’t deserve the same credit as a legitimate idea about what you do.

And who decides what is legitimate Mr. Kerry? You and the demo-rats I suppose or only those who agree with what YOU think is legitimate.

Get over yourself, you blow-hard politician! Your ilk is what is killing this country. Silence any opposition so you can continue to drag this country down? I don't think so!
As Aristotle said, “Tolerance and apathy are the first virtue of a dying civilization.â€
