I don't know. This is in the address / subject / date part of the email so not sure why.

The key is that the next listing is of 4:35 pm CA time today, Oct 7th, which is the electronic filing by Orly team, and then documented paper thru first class mail or fax for the dismissal of the stay against beginning the "Discovery" process.

The Discovery process will open up all of the documents under lock and key!

The ball is now in the courts, court. They need to come back and order Discovery to proceed and the Obama team to begin forwarding all documents to the Orly team.

Yes, but let's hope Obama doesn't spend another million to doctor up the documents and yet another million to hire a lying expert to say that the doctored documents are real and original. Now that would really be an impeachable offense.
