    True. It is the owner that makes the dog vicious. They have been brought up in fear of their lives, just trying to please the human. I have met some wonderful Rottweilers who don't have a mean bone in their body, and a pitbull that was just a large teddy bear looking for a head rub (a lot of head rubbing.)
    It is the humans that give them their duties in life, and it is sad that they need to be put down after following the orders of their owners.
