    Legal citizen or Illegal alien?

BURLINGTON, N.C. - A woman was charged Sunday with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle after police say she hit and killed the driver of a motorcycle.

Police said Lidia Lopez hit a car and then the motorcycle around 3 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Church St. and Davis St. The driver of the motorcycle, 43-year-old William Barber, was killed. A young person who was riding with Barber was flown to Duke Hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Pamela Coble was in the car that was hit. Her condition was not released.

Lopez was treated and released from the hospital. In addition to the death by motor vehicle charge, she is charged with driving without a license and running a red light.

Another senseless death because of an illegal.

If she was an illegal I'm surprised that she was charged with anything, it seems only American citizens are expected to abide by the laws of the country. I'm being sarcastic, if alleviates frustration.

If she is an illegal, I hope that the family of the deceased sues all the politicians in that area that made it possible for the illegal to commit the crime.

Second Ele opinion, here. By the by is this illegal on a monitor device? Or is she driving to the Mexican Border? Or worst getting a new ID? Or moving to Chatham County?

Exactly what I was thinking. No mention of insurance.....but if it's like here.....they charge them with the least and ignore the rest. So, I'm gonna guess legal.

ILLEGAL! I was just watching the local news and it's confirmed, she's illegal. Burlington is in Alamance County - a 287g county - Sheriff Terry Johnson's county. I figured we would find out sooner or later. Another innocent American life lost to a murdering illegal alien.
