Thread: Legal question

I have a few stupid questions.

1. We know that the constitution has been usurped by the Act of 1871 as Articles of incorporation.

2. In such...can a law suit alleging constitutional usurpation be brought by America?

I also understand that jurisdiction and "damage" are the basis for a suit. So does a claim of constitutional usurpation have any merit?

I would like to see America drawn into the fight with "class action" suits on behalf of the people of the United States there by allowing everyone a chance to sign as a complainant. (Not sure we have a peoples United States any more or how to cap the words correctly.)

I came up with this theory long ago when I learned that Social Security was a trust fund and thought that this would make a good case for class action on the theory of misappropriations funding illegal entitlements.

I would like to see each State file a combined class action suit for the people. I am learning this by watching the Orly ordeals.
