Maine's Fifth Column activists (males in female sports) slapped down by S.C.

Tuesday’s emergency order blocks Maine House Speaker Ryan Fecteau (D) and the clerk from preventing state Rep. Laurel Libby (R) from voting or speaking on the floor as she presses claims the block violates the 14th Amendment’s guarantee of equal protection.
It is absolutely sickening how FIFTH COLUMN activists in Maine’s Legislature, led by House Speaker Ryan Fecteau, decided to prevent State Rep. Laurel Libby from voting or speaking on the floor, for expressing views which turn out to be absolutely true.

In addition, what is also disgusting is that two of the Supreme Court’s radical Justices, Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson, both members of the court’s “liberal wing”, dissented in the Court’s ruling which blocks Main’s Fifth Column activists from silencing those who they disagree with when it comes to sexual deviant issues.

Melissa Hewey’s interpretation of Title IX violates the very intentions of the Act

See: Maine School Districts Must Allow Male Athletes in Girls’ Sports, Drummond Woodsum Memo States

The glaring problem with Melissa Hewey’s interpretation of Title IX is that it is in direct conflict with the legislative intent of the Act.

Let us remember, with respect to Title IX, that Senator Birch Bayh of Indiana, who wrote the 37 words of Title IX, which he first introduced as an amendment to the Higher Education Act to ban discrimination on the basis of sex, explained its purpose was to combat “the continuation of corrosive and unjustified discrimination against women in the American educational system.” 118 Cong. Rec. 5803 (1972)

Allowing males to compete in female sporting events conducted in our public school system is certainly “unjustified” and “corrosive” of female sporting events, and therefore violates Title IX.

Melissa Hewey certainly has ignored the legislative intent of Title IX in her email, dated May 2 sent to Maine's school board, and it borders on malfeasance.
