Melania isn't giving them any money. She's going there on a tour to meet the people and bear good wishes, exchange ideas, and have nice events in the various cities and areas she's visiting. It's a goodwill trip, like every First Lady has made from time to time for as far back as I know.

Who are you talking about? Melania is going to Africa. You've twisted this around as if she was going before Congress. She is not going to give them anything. If you are talking about that country, part of their problem may be the many languages. Such diversity of language and dialects can be the result of no standard education. If she goes there and encourages abstinence and education, you and Beezer would condemn that.
