We need more prosecution for malicious prosecution. When a prosecutor or other government official goes overboard, they should be held individually liable. I go beyond that that when a person makes a false accusation, such as alleging sexual abuse, they should face the punishment they would have caused that innocent person.

The objective is justice. But many prosecutors are looking for a "win" for their resume. There should be a high penalty for that abuse.
