Why is Trump asking where the birth certificate is when Obama has already admitted to not being a natural born citizen of the United States?



The Founders borrowed the term natural born citizen from the international treatise known as the Law of Nations, which appears in the U.S. Constitution under Article I and the enumerated powers of congress to enforce violations against the Law of Nations.

To be a natural born citizen of the United States, one must be the blood offspring of a father who was at the time of birth, a legal U.S. citizen. Emerich de Vattel wrote in 1758, the following definition of natural born citizen and every member of the U.S. Supreme Court know this definition well… it’s not at all complicated.

1) natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.
2) those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.
3) The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens
4) in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

That is exactly the point I have been trying to get across

If you look farther it also states i did look it up either the mother or father has to be an american citizen only one parent has to be american child can be born in another country and have duel citizenship but if child moves back to U.S before the age of 14 he is atomatically an U.S. citizen.I for one question Obama so i looked into it thats how i found this out.His mother was american came back to america so by constitution rights he is american.In this case over half the army brats born wouldnt be americans solders go over seas all the time and marry women from there and their childen become citizens.My cousin married a Veitmanees woman while in Veitnam had a son there and brought them home with him and he is considerd american.McCain was born in Panamal and hes a citizen so he is american born in Army hospital.

Being an American citizen and a natural born citizen are two different things. Obummer can never be a natural born American citizen because his father was not an American citizen, by birth or naturalization. You can be an American citizen and yet still be ineligible to serve as POTUS as is the case with obummer.

Even assuming obummer was born on US soil (Hawaii), he's still not a natural born American citizen because again, his father was not a US citizen. This is the issue and it's really quite simple. The birth certificate is irrelevant in this sense, which is why more people are not making an issue of it.
