Thread: New voter....

As of the beginning of August, I have unleashed a new conservative voter onto the scene, my middle child, a hardworking (aka:a redneck patriotic American), conservative minded 18 year old son is now a registered voter. He wisely chose no party affiliation in order to let politicians know he would not vote a party line, but what was right to instill people who would uphold the Constitution and a limited government.

Now....we just need to find some conservatives that will actually run, around here.

BTW, JAck Ohman had a hilarious cartoon in today's O. An armadillo,(Romney) about to cross a Texas road.... with a TX flag bedecked 4 WD truck barreling down the road (with Perry license plate) The armadillo thinks" "Well, I might as well get this over with."

Well, he seems pretty anxious to vote out Obama, says he screwed things up royally.

CaptainRon, Oregon needs to get out of this horrible situation we are in. Did you see todays Oregonian headlines about the real unemployment rate here? All said, including ALL unemployed (not just the ones who are on the rolls, but the ones who have fallen off), it is more like 19.6% unemployment in Oregon............They said this is the nations fourth highest rate. We are only 5.4% away from the Great Depression numbers.

We need some leaders in this state that will take the "bull by the horn" and do something constructive instead of letting people like Portlands mayor Sam Adams spending money on pet projects like bike lanes and such.
