The Anti-Defamation League is not backing down from its outrageous claim that millions of Americans are conspiring against Obama! ADL’s recent report, Rage in America: Anti-Government Conspiracies, claims millions of anti-Obama Americans, consumed with "toxic rage," will say almost anything necessary to bring the President down.

But spokeswoman Myrna Shinbaum says the backlash against ADL is simply a misunderstanding: “The comments are coming from people who have not read the report…They’re reacting to the media spin and not its substance.â€

Hate crimes laws that punish someone twice or more for the same crime under another law or put someone on trial twice for the same act, once for the actual crime, and then again for the same crime under the name of a "hate crimes law", violate the 5th and 14th Amendments to the US Constitution.

Enough of this special rules for special people who want special rights outside our Constitution. You do the crime, you do the time, no matter who your victim is. No crime is more serious deserving of a higher punishment because of who you are or who you harmed.

ANY Criticism of jewish politics or of Israel is automatically labled "OH NO!" ANTI SEMITISM...
Yawn, Gimmie a freakin break. If you cant stand the criticism about your progressive liberal, nearly-communist, politics then you shouldnt be IN politics.
If you so much as say Chuck Schumer's views on amnesty and illegals stinks, they will label you a racist or anti semite. We have seen them go way overboard now JUST FOR DISAGREEING with their views....If you dont like socialism and communism, as most Americans DONT, the progressives were very quick to use the race card. "You hate blacks and you hate Obama, blah blah blah"

ADL, like the SPLC etc, have lost any credibility they had using those disgusting hate-accusation tactics...

Looks to me like the ADL should practice what it preaches. If another group made up lies about Jews in order to label them dangerous, anti-American, prone to violence, etc. they would go nuts. Yet acting like Nazis themselves does not seem to bother them. Hitler and Goering promoted the "Big Lie". Why does the ADL follow the same play book?
