Of course no hate crimes extra penalties will be added to this case. The victim was white and the perpetrators were non white.
Hate crimes charges are only for evil white people and never the other way around.
With Sonia Sotomeyor on the US Supreme Court it should be ok for us all to openly acknowledge that racism towards white Americans has become standard and accepted practice.
