Protestors and counter-protestors get into a fight regarding Gay marriage ban in California. Notice that the men defending traditional marriage in California are hispanic.

Do you know what happened this week back in 1850, 158 years ago?
California became a State. The State had no electricity.
The State had no money.Almost everyone spoke Spanish. There were gunfights in the streets.
So basically, it was just like California today, except the women had
realbreasts and the men didn't hold hands.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Say Janet Murguia, your racists opposing gay marriage are being called haters and bigots.
What I don't understand is why are these gay protestors so worked up over a name? The term "Civil Unions" is not good enough for them, they want it to be called "Marriage" even though they have the same rights with either term.
Seems to me they have a real chip on their shoulders.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Well they will never get what they want as long as illegals keep arriving. Those against prop 8 never considered that IA actually affected them since most IAs come from Latin america and are catholic and they don't believe in gay marriage. So those is San Fran can thank their mayor gruesome for the ban on gay marriage passing! So ironic. I could care less who marries who but when those who support gay marriage and who are gay don't realize that there are issues out there besides their own they tend not to see the big picture and thus get what they deserve. It's also ironic how those who have been discriminated against are the ones now discriminating, blacks and latinos who voted for Obama claimed they voted for prop 8 because of their religious views yet they voted for a man who is one of the biggest supporters of abortion. Irony, Irony, Irony.

Again, we go back to PC run wild. The percentage of Gay's in America is around 7% that means 93% are not Gay. How does 7% of the population dictate to the 93% majority???

Gemini, Obama is also a supporter of same sex marriages too.
The one guy who made the statement about stopping "hate" and how it would no longer be tolerated is missing something altogether. People in this nation vote for something, and our Constitution states we are government by the people, which means that we rule by majority, the majority in California has spoken and that majority does not hate, but disagrees with the idea that marriage is anything but between a man and a woman.
This guy, plus others want to make it about hate, just like the OBL and their minions, the illegal aliens. They all are missing an essential fact....we rule by majority, and the majority says "no more broken borders, no same sex marriages", this is something both groups will simply have to accept, they cannot scream and stomp and make everyone give them their way.
I personally have to say a huge AMEN, as I would not have thought such a measure would pass in California, of all places, and I can bet that is what the gays down there thought too, thus their reason for being so upset, they were sure they had the winning edge.
It is not hate that has made this decision by the people, it is the knowledge that God never made provisions, Biblically, for marriage between anyone except a man and a woman. Most people recognize and embrace God's ruling on that, but they do not hate.“In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, Brave, Hated, and Scorned. When his cause succeeds however, the timid join him, For then it costs nothing to be a Patriot.â€
