Which is why Medicare should be privatized. People should be able to purchase the type of coverage they need, want and can afford. Of course government furnished medical care will be rationed. It already is under Medicare. But Obamacare will cost so much more the rate and amount of rationing will increase exponentially. Privatize Medicare, eliminate Obamacare, and ration Medicaid.
