Birthplace lawyer has another suit dismissed

Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz, who’s running for California secretary of state, has had another lawsuit thrown out in her effort to have President Barack Obama removed from office. Taitz alleges that Obama cannot legitimately hold the presidency because he is not a natural-born citizen.

After having a case thrown out by District Judge David O. Carter in Santa Ana federal court, Taitz attempted to have the case transferred to federal court in Washington, D.C., claiming that was the proper venue.

In a ruling filed Wednesday and entered today, Chief Judge Royce C. Lamberth dismissed Taitz’s Washington filing without commentary. Lawyers for Obama had asked that the case be dismissed because, among other things, Taitz does not have standing to bring the case because she has not been harmed and the courts have no authority to remove a sitting president – only Congress does.
It is at least the fifth time Taitz has had a case thrown out.

If the counrts could prove that he was not a citizen, the congress could remove him from office. I don't understand why she doesn't have standing. She is an American citizen.

She is running for sec. of state. How cute!

Rather than producing a piece of paper, he pays lawyers, once again to keep from producing the very evidence that would stop all this. Who can possibly think this is not crazy?

We've hit rock bottom when federal judges rule that citizen lawyers don't have standing because they can't prove that they've be harmed by the actions/activities in question with regard to well grounded allegations as to the illegitamacy of a national high office holder.

All of which goes to show that most federal court judges are abject simpleton water heads and should be taken out blindfolded to the nearest brick wall when the poop finally hits the fan in what's left of this country.
