Showing once again that there is no depth to which he will not sink to further destroy the United States of America and her people, Dictator and American Stalin Barack Hussein Obama has decided to inflict the mastermind of the 9/11 NYC attacks, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, back into and upon the same city where eight years ago the slaughter of Americans occurred.

Obama has directed that his fellow Muslim Mohammed be tried in a civilian court with all US Constitutional rights that are afforded to American citizens. Instead of having the military conduct this beast’s trial, Obama is rubbing the noses of the 9/11 victims, their families and all of the American people in the dirt—again. Now almost daily, Obama and his Marxist goons are working overtime to shock the American people into increasingly forced submission.

For example, Obama has already told us that his ObamaCare is NOT optional and we will be fined up to $15,000 if we do not enroll in healthcare that the Obama government “approves.â€

He is evil.

He has not passed any legislation and/or taken any action that would make any of us believe that he had any love and/or respect for our people and country.

That undocumented prez needs to go crawling back under the bushes back in Kenya.

Don't get your panties in a bunch. Actually, trying this guy in the US is an astute move.

Under a military commission in GITMO, this terrorist would be tried under the articles of the UCMJ, which is more tolerant and liberal than Federal Law in the US.

If convicted in Gitmo, he would probably serve his sentence in a tropical setting of Gitmo, fresh air, sunshine, and with others of a similar mindset.

In US custody in the US, and being tried in the US, Federal rules of evidence take precedent and he will be convicted.

Upon conviction, he will most likely be sentenced to SUPERMAX in Colorado, and underground prison, where prisoners are confined in solitary 23 hours a day.

I agree ELE. Obama hates us. The only people he likes are "people of color", so where does that leave the rest of us? Obama is ruining this country and I am afraid it might be too late to reverse some of his crap policies he put in place. My hopes are that he will be found ineligible and everything he signed will be trashed.
