All government mandates on individuals are unconstitutional which is why they had to amend the US Constitution to impose an income tax, which began the ultimate demise of our nation. Start taking it back America, pass the FairTax which requires the states to repeal the 16th Amendment within 7 years, and without an income tax, there will never be another mandate on individuals by this government to do anything, and we'll have both our liberty and our money back. We'll also have our trade and borders back since imports are taxed at the same 23% as all domestic products and services as they should be and illegal aliens do not qualify for the FairTax Rebate which puts them at an irresolvable comparative disadvantage right where they should be.
