What was it Obama said last night......"There will be no free rides." W already have too many taking free rides at our expense. Its time this type of nonsense it ended. I can understand someone having hard times and already having kids. But when you are already being supported by taxpayers and then have even more kids your tax payer assistance should be ended immediately.

This is not the case of some anonymous donor but the SAME father of all 14 kids and he is KNOWN to her.

WHY is this person not being forced to pay child support, or having monies offset to repay expenses being paid out for these kids?

Of course she will not say who this man is, and she denies that he has ever even so much as met the first 6, and currently has no desire to be a father to any of the 14.

Personally I'm not buying that story for a minute and we'll see him cash in on the "celebrity" eventually as well.

But true or not, the law REQUIRES that the state go after this man to recover the monies being spent on those kids and if she refuses to tell DHS who he is, the law requires that her benefits be terminated.

I want to know WHY these two are getting away with ANY of this?
The laws are different when it comes to non-spousal donated sperm. Sperm donors are not liable for the support of any of the children, nor do they have any rights to visitation or custody of these kids.

Does a Known Sperm Donor Have Any Parental Rights/Obligations?

For the most part, no, but there are many important exceptions. In most states, a true "sperm donor" automatically gives up his rights/obligations as any sort of parent. Of the states that offer such protections, most of them state quite clearly that if the donor of semen used in an artificial insemination is not the mother's husband, then:

    1. The donor has no right, obligation or interest with respect to a child born as a result of the artificial insemination; and
    2. The child born as a result of the artificial insemination has no right, obligation or interest with respect to the donor.

The first part of that rule should not be overlooked, however. The donor must NOT be the mother's husband for this rule to apply, in almost every state that has such a law. If you ARE the husband, a court may automatically find you are the father, even if the insemination was done after your divorce, or you have a contract relinquishing your rights.
Various State Laws Concerning a Known Sperm Donor's Rights

    * California: If you go through a licensed medical professional (even if the insemination is done at home), then the sperm donor automatically loses all claim to the child, and if the mother is married, the husband is automatically becomes the legal father (assuming he and the mother sign a consent form to that end).

If you take a closer look, her divorce wasn't final until January 2008. So the poor fool is probably on the hook for the oldest 6 and may even be on the hook for the octuplets depending on how a judge views the automatic legal father clause. Does the husband have to be the sperm donar, or is it he becomes responsible for any children she has through sperm donation even after the divorce? That poor man I believe is going to be paying for marrying a nut case for a very very long time.

The idiot that donated the sperm will get off scott free
