    Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin has rejected the multimillion-dollar Federal grant that comes with the acceptance of the Federal Health Plan, as she noted that accepting the money would lead to entangling regulations, The Washington Times reported. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/201 ... obamacare/

    The Governor decided to turn down the $54 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Services, noting that the move would allow Oklahoma to bypass a Federal exchange when the State sets up a system that would be governed by the private sector, according to the newspaper.
