Harvard Sues Trump Admin Like They Are Owed Taxpayer Money

    By William Teach April 22, 2025 – 10:30 am

There’s all sorts of entitlement these days. People who think they do not have to show ID when pulled over for simple driving infraction ending with them being arrested. People who think they can Demand others comply with their Beliefs. Ageing pop stars and their media friends who think they’re astronauts, not passengers. And then
Harvard sues Trump administration over $2 billion cut to federal funding
Harvard University filed suit Monday against the Trump administration, challenging its decision to cut more than $2 billion in grants in a high-profile showdown between the government and the prestigious private institution.
Harvard President Alan Garber said in a statement announcing the suit that the university chose to challenge what it considered unreasonable demands from an administration antisemitism task force to “to control whom we hire and what we teach.”
The administration’s demands, he said, “would impose unprecedented and improper control over the university” and came without any real effort to engage on the issue of antisemitism. The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Massachusetts.
“The gravy train of federal assistance to institutions like Harvard, which enrich their grossly overpaid bureaucrats with tax dollars from struggling American families is coming to an end,” said Harrison Fields, a White House spokesperson, in response to the lawsuit. “Taxpayer funds are a privilege, and Harvard fails to meet the basic conditions required to access that privilege.”
I mean, the cajones on Harvard for suing so that the federal government gives them taxpayer money like it’s owed to them. Harvard, as you’ll remember, is a private institution

So, then why do they demand taxpayer money? They get more than enough money from endowments and more. If the work they’re doing is so great then private entities will easily replace the money.
In addition, the Internal Revenue Service is scrutinizing the university’s tax-exempt status, and the Department of Homeland Security has threatened to revoke Harvard’s ability to enroll international students, who make up about 27 percent of its total enrollment. The Education Department is also probing the university’s federal funding.
“These actions have stark real-life consequences for patients, students, faculty, staff, researchers, and the standing of American higher education in the world,” Garber said.
Besides the fact that private institutions shouldn’t get taxpayer money scotch free, all Harvard has to do is shut down the Jew hatred and a few minor things the Trump admin has required. If they are taking federal money, then the federal government has a say in operations, to a point. And anything developed with that money does partly belong to the federal government.
They argue that the administration’s actions flout the First Amendment and Title VI compliance procedures that must occur before revoking federal funding. The university argued that the government has “made no effort to follow those procedures” before freezing or terminating its funding, which include attempting to secure voluntary compliance, holding a hearing and unveiling a report of findings.
I thought they were private? So, they have no ownership for the money. If the federal government gives aid to countries there were historically strings attached to the aid. Well, there are strings attached to the money Harvard gets. But, they and other universities should not get any taxpayer money unless it is for a specific project which benefits the United States.
Anyhow, Harvard will shop for a Friendly Progressive Judge to rule in their favor, then the Trump admin will still withhold the money as it appeals.

Doom Today: Scientists May Possibly Have Underestimated Climate Doom

    By William Teach April 22, 2025 – 6:27 pm

If it’s so bad then why do so few Warmists practice what they preach?
Any Credentialed Media article that includes “here’s how” is not news, it’s opinion
Scientists use computer models to project how hot earth will get as humans burn more oil and gas.
But it turns out those models have a bit of a blind-spot: exactly how much of the sun’s energy gets reflected back to space from the snow and ice at our poles.
As a result, scientists may have been underestimating global warming.
National climate reporter Chase Cain traveled to Antarctica to see how tiny changes in color there can lead to big changes in temperature for the entire planet.
So, computer models and the cult reporter taking a long, fossil fueled trip to Antarctica? Brother.
Bright snow and ice reflects the sun’s energy back to space, helping earth stay a little cooler. Even though it’s a tiny change, the algae that grows on patches of ice in Antarctica alters the albedo — or the ice’s reflectivity — enough to make the planet warm even faster.
“When [the algae] are actively photosynthesizing, they have a larger impact on the surface albedo because they’re bringing extra energy into the snowpack, which dissipates as heat and causes it to melt faster,” Khan explained.
So, how does this compare to during previous Holocene w

Big Fire Raging In Southern NJ

    By William Teach April 23, 2025 – 8:16 am

This is insane. And it’s near where the parents live. Mom called and texted me not long after 9pm, but, I missed it because I was in the shower, and didn’t realize till I picked my phone up around 1030pm to set my alarm. Freaked me out, because the messages made me think it was their house on fire, not a big wildfire. They had to evacuate, and are fine. Not sure if their house is OK, yet. I’m not seeing any stories about where in full has burned

Exactly. Focus on being able to kick the ever-loving-snot out of any country or group that messes with the U.S. and its citizens.

    Elsewhere
Texas political leaders are indifferent, if not hostile, to climate change mitigation
Each year, Texas residents, industries and transportation emit more than 800 million tons of greenhouse gases with an impact on climate change that is comparable to Germany, which has a population 2.5 times larger.
Despite the state’s relatively high emissions, according to data from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the European Union, Texas has done little to address past and future climate change.
California, the only state that comes close to Texas’ level of planet-warming greenhouse gases, has enacted aggressive policies to reduce emissions. Texas, under’ Republican political leadership for about three decades, remains largely indifferent — or outright hostile — to placing regulations on business and industry to reduce emissions..
And, how’s that going in California? Despite all those laws and restrictions and taxes and fees, California is still complaining that their carbon footprint is too high, which means more control of citizen’s lives, which means more people and companies take their money to other states. Texas doesn’t care. If the Warmists in Texas want to mitigate their own lives, have at it. Till then, bugger off.

RFK, Jr. Looks To End CDC Wuhan Flu “Vaccine” Mandate For Kids

    By William Teach April 23, 2025 – 10:30 am

Well, it’s not really a mandate, but, when the CDC recommends certain vaccines for children schools tend to listen and require the same
RFK Jr. eyes reversing CDC’s Covid-19 vaccine recommendation for children
HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is weighing pulling the Covid-19 vaccine from the government’s list of recommended immunizations for children, two people familiar with the discussions told POLITICO.
The directive under consideration would remove the Covid shot from the childhood vaccine schedule maintained by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and widely used by physicians to guide vaccine distribution, marking Kennedy’s most significant move yet to shake up the nation’s vaccination practices.
Kennedy, a longtime anti-vaccine activist, has previously questioned the need for kids to get the shot, raising doubts about its safety and citing studies showing healthy children face an extremely low risk of death from Covid.
Eliminating the vaccine from the CDC schedule would not bar kids from receiving it. But the change would represent an extraordinary intervention by Kennedy to override the agency’s scientific decision-making and reverse a recommendation backed by the CDC and a slate of independent advisers just three years ago.
Wow, a lot of crazy to unpack. We’ve learned over the years that the COVID vaccines are anything but, because they mostly fail to stop anyone from actually getting Wuhan Flu. They don’t even really stop people from getting really sick from COVID. And then there are the side effects, that have been published. The CDC hasn’t exactly been a hotbed of science based decision making since COVID started, have they? Recommending everyone wear a mask that wouldn’t stop pollen, much less COVID. Then two masks. We could rehash it all, but, remember, CDC recommendations during COVID were treated like holy writ, and anyone failing to follow them was branded a heretic. And the CDC simply made pronouncements without bothering to inform the public what the science said, without really going through a scientific process.
The removal would also likely influence vaccination procedures across the nation. Pediatricians rely on the CDC schedule to determine which vaccines they should give children and when to administer them, in order to protect against a range of common infectious diseases.
The schedule is also closely watched by insurers in deciding which vaccines to cover, as well as states and localities that determine which vaccines schools require for students — though no states currently mandate the Covid shot.
The COVID jabs were experimental, and the CDC has not performed a true, full, scientific investigation into the full responses to the jabs, unlike those drugs in the annoying ads on TV and radio (seriously, why would you take a drug if you are allergic?). Unlike all the other vaccinations that are recommended for kids.
Kennedy and his allies also believe that yanking the vaccine off the CDC schedule would rally voters who gravitated to Kennedy’s “Make America Healthy Again” movement over their distrust of the government’s Covid response and his vows to scrutinize the government’s vaccine policies. Kennedy has criticized the independent panels that advise the CDC and other agencies on vaccines, accusing them of being captured by the pharmaceutical industry despite clear conflict-of-interest guardrails.
They do? Any evidence of this? That would be a no. Not one shred is offered by Politico.
Just 13 percent of children have gotten the latest Covid shot, according to the most recent CDC data. And after Republicans, led by President Donald Trump, turned the pandemic response into an increasingly partisan issue, states have veered away from efforts to require it.
So, the vast majority of doctors are not giving it, probably just those who were driven moonbat and wear masks in their own cars, or the parents, primarily left wing wackos, who wear masks in their cars.
Yet the change, if finalized, would still likely prompt opposition from public health experts and Kennedy skeptics who worry it could further undermine faith in vaccines and open the door to more drastic changes to the childhood schedule.
Doubtful. No one is going to stop giving their kids vaccines for polio, mumps, measles, chicken pox, etc, because most are rational and do not trust the COVID “vaccine”. Polio works. Get the schedule of shots and the kid will never get it. Because it is a vaccine. The Wuhan Flu vaccine is not much better than a placebo. It would be wonderful if it worked. But, let’s not forget that the Powers That Be said you’d get your life back if you took it, but, after you did take it, you didn’t get your life back.
And while children are perhaps the group least at risk from Covid, CDC data show more than 1,800 kids have died from the disease, with hundreds of thousands more hospitalized.
And the “vaccine” didn’t stop it. COVID19 is something we all have to learn to live with. If it worked like the flu vaccines, which are recommended by the CDC, sure. But, it doesn’t.
However, RFK, Jr, is still a nut, and, I’ve always said he’s a nut

UK Experiment Looks To Block The Sun

What could possibly go wrong with this? Besides, it’s England, how many sunny days does the nation actually get (about 135)?
UK scientists to launch outdoor geoengineering experiments
UK scientists are to launch outdoor geoengineering experiments as part of a £50m government-funded programme.
The experiments will be small-scale and rigorously assessed, according to Advanced Research and Invention Agency (Aria), the UK government agency backing the plan, and will provide “critical” data needed to assess the potential of the technology. The programme, along with another £11m project, will make the UK one of the biggest funders of geoengineering research in the world. (snip)
If successful, this could temporarily reduce surface temperatures and the harm the climate crisis is causing, giving more time for the deep cuts in global carbon emissions needed. Given the failure of the world to stop emissions rising to date, and the recent run of record hot years, backers of solar geoengineering say researching the issue is vital in case an emergency brake is needed. (snip)
Prof Mark Symes, who is leading the Aria programme, said the looming threat of climate tipping points was a strong reason to research solar geoengineering. The triggering of tipping points by rising temperatures, such as the collapse of vital ocean currents or giant ice sheets, would have catastrophic impacts.
Um, we’ve been hearing about tipping points for decades, yet, they keep moving them out and saying “they’re coming! Trust us!”
He said no toxic substances would be released, an environmental impact assessment would be published before outdoor experiments and that local communities would be consulted. Details of the projects funded by Aria are expected in a few weeks.
Aria’s programme was recently called a “dangerous distraction” from cutting emissions by senior scientists, who called SRM “barking mad” and akin to treating cancer with aspirin.
Well, yeah, but, then, all the other stuff the climate cult is pushing is also barking mad.

Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner Shawn M. LaTourette and Ocean Township Chief of Police Michal Rogalski announced that on April 23, 2025, Joseph Kling, 19, of Ocean Township (Waretown), was charged with Aggravated Arson and Arson in connection with a wildfire that started in Waretown on April 22, 2025, and continued to spread throughout the southern Ocean County area. A thorough and extensive investigation conducted by the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit-Arson Squad, New Jersey Forest Fire Service, Ocean County Fire Marshal’s Office, and New Jersey State Fire Marshal’s Office, plotted the origin of the fire via Global Positioning System (GPS). The cause of the fire was determined to be incendiary by an improperly extinguished bonfire.
Further investigation has revealed that Kling was the individual responsible for setting wooden pallets on fire – and then leaving the area without the fire being fully extinguished. Kling was taken into custody at Ocean Township (Waretown) Police Headquarters; he was thereafter transported to the Ocean County Jail, where he is presently lodged pending a detention hearing.

DNC Big Mad At David Hogg For Wanting To Primary Democrats

    By William Teach April 24, 2025 – 10:30 am

Far be it for me to defend David Hogg, who’s a massive gun grabber, a hardcore Progressive (nice Fascist), and rather wacko. But, primarying elected officials would be part of Democracy! per Democrats, wouldn’t it? Being able to speak your mind while working for an entity even when the entity wants you to stay quiet is part of Democracy! per Democrats, wouldn’t it? But, David is talking about something that scares Democrat Elites, so, they’ll simply change the rules. Because Democracy!
DNC gives David Hogg an ultimatum
The Democratic National Committee is going to force David Hogg to decide: Get out of the primary game or lose his DNC post.
During a member call on Thursday, DNC Chair Ken Martin is expected to announce a proposal to change the party’s rules to mandate all DNC officers stay neutral in all Democratic primaries, according to a person directly familiar with the plan and granted anonymity to describe private discussions. The move comes after Hogg pledged last week to spend millions of dollars funding challenges to “asleep-at-the-wheel” Democrats in primaries, igniting a firestorm inside the DNC.
The proposal, if passed at the DNC’s August meeting, would effectively force Hogg to decide whether to step away from his DNC vice chair position or wall himself off from the group he co-founded, Leaders We Deserve, which has pledged to spend $20 million on challenging Democratic incumbents in safe blue seats.
And that is the heart of the rub. Look at that article link in the excerpt
Leaders We Deserve, which Hogg co-founded in 2023, announced plans on Tuesday to spend $20 million in safe-blue Democratic primaries against sitting House members by supporting younger opponents. In an interview with POLITICO, Hogg said the group will not back primary challenges in battleground districts because “I want us to win the majority,” nor will it target members solely based on their age.
“We have a culture of seniority politics that has created a litmus test of who deserves to be here,” Hogg said. “We need people, regardless of their age, that are here to fight.”
David wants to go after those old foggies sitting in their easy “I don’t even have to campaign at all or talk to the peasants” seats to get primaried. Think Democrats like Nancy Pelosi. Think the ones who are over 60 who have been in their House and Senate seats for decades. What will David choose? Does he actually have that much influence amongst the younger Dem voters, the under 35 crowd? Are the Democrat insiders actually worried he and his group could accomplish this, or, are they just lashing out? Regardless, for whatever reason, the Elites are not happy when the youts, and any of the peasants, challenge them.

Pentagon Claims They Will Reinstitution Gender Nutball Care While Policy Is In Appeals

    By William Teach April 24, 2025 – 5:06 pm

Who wants to bet that the Pentagon will slow walk any medical procedures for the nutballs that joined the military for the military to pay for it, rather than joining to protect the US?
Pentagon to resume medical care for transgender troops
The Pentagon will resume gender-affirming care for transgender service members, according to a memo obtained by POLITICO, an embarrassing setback to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s efforts to restrict their participation.
The memo says the Defense Department is returning to the Biden-era medical policy for transgender service members due to a court order that struck down Hegseth’s restrictions as unconstitutional. The administration is appealing the move, but a federal appeals court in California denied the department’s effort to halt the policy while its challenge is pending.
As a result, the administration is barred from removing transgender service members or restricting their medical care, a priority of President Donald Trump and Hegseth. The administration insisted its restrictions were geared toward people experiencing medical challenges related to “gender dysphoria,” but two federal judges said in March that the policy was a thinly veiled ban on transgender people that violated the Constitution.
I can almost understand requiring the military to hire the gender confused, but, remember, the military restricts people like gang members, including white supremacists like the Aryan Nation, from joining. And, if the nuts join, they should have to be in the dorms of their biological sex. But, when it comes to medical procedures, there is no constitutional provision requiring this. Does the military pay for tattoos for the 18 year olds who joined? Or for tattoo removal for 19 year olds to remove the name of the stripper they married then divorced?
The Trump administration on Thursday asked the Supreme Court to allow the Pentagon to ban transgender servicemembers while legal battles continue to play out.
Both judges ordered the military to refrain from forcing out more than 1,000 transgender troops and to resume providing for their medical care, including surgical procedures and voice and hormone therapy. The memo is the latest move by the Pentagon to comply with those orders.
Yeah, well, you know that they’ll make sure the wackjob procedures will be scheduled a couple years out. Why are they allowed, when these elective medical procedures interfere with the nutters performing their military duties? Seriously, the world is laughing at us. What other military in the world is spending money and time on converting their men to women or visa-versa?

Uh Oh: Trump Is Going After Act Blue

    By William Teach April 25, 2025 – 7:00 am

This is going to create some serious heartburn amongst the Democrats. At least til they find a friendly judge who does not care about the law or the Constitution or separation of powers
Trump targets Democratic fundraising organization ActBlue
President Donald Trump targeted Democratic fundraising group ActBlue and other online fundraising platforms with a presidential memorandum on Thursday that the White House said was aimed at cracking down on illegal foreign contributions in U.S. elections.
The memo, which Trump signed Thursday afternoon, directs Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate and “take appropriate action concerning allegations regarding the use of online fundraising platforms to make ‘straw’ or ‘dummy’ contributions and to make foreign contributions to U.S. political candidates and committees, all of which break the law,” according to a White House statement.
The memo directs Bondi to report the results of the probe to Trump. It cites a congressional investigation that “revealed significant fraud schemes using ActBlue” as well as a 30-day period during the 2024 election in which donations from foreign IP addresses using prepaid cards were detected.
ActBlue, which says it has raised billions of dollars online since 2004, called the move an attack on democracy.
“Today’s escalation by the White House is blatantly unlawful and needs to be seen for what it is: Donald Trump’s latest front in his campaign to stamp out all political, electoral and ideological opposition,” the organization said. “ActBlue will immediately pursue all legal avenues to protect and defend itself.”
So, it’s illegal to investigate groups credibly accused of taking foreign campaign donations? It’s against Democracy! to investigate fraud and money laundering? To make sure those taking money and spreading it around with zero accountability? Well, of course we know that a Democrat appointed federal judge in California or Oregon or some Blue state will say “no, you may not follow existing laws passed by a duly elected Legislative Branch and signed into law by the duly elected President!”
The Supreme Court just needs to shorten their rulings and work at least 50 hours a week for the next couple of years. They can all have a week off in, maybe, September and for Christmas. Because the insane rulings are exactly what the Court was created for. There is zero reason to block an investigation into financial impropriety, especially as it applies to elections. I wonder how much money will be found that was shifted from appropriations from federal agencies that was supposed to go to aid instead?
