'Pledge to America' - Despicable GOP Ruse

The much anticipated 'Pledge to America' was released today amid what can only be called high political theater pandering to desperate Americans.

What despicable "leaders" like House Majority Leader John Boehner (who voted to kill millions of jobs) handed the GOP faithful during their big big photo op is nothing more than clever word smithing. A marketing pitch for the mid-term pretend elections (vote fraud decides who gets elected). That so called pledge is nothing more than a repeat of the same deception pulled by Newt Gingrich and the Contract With America. I'm an old war dog with a long memory. On November 13, 1996, I spoke with the Washington, DC based Roll Call to confirm the quote below from a popular magazine for conservatives that ran in their November 1996 issue. Roll Call confirmed to me during our phone conversation that they did indeed have the tapes cited below and that there was much more on these confidential tapes they managed to acquire and would be printing it in their newspaper.

"House Speaker New Gingrich has admitted that a hidden motive behind his 'Contract With America' two years ago was to control the large and stridently conservative freshman class that was expected to come into the house with the 1994 mid-term elections. 'Nobody fully understand this,' Gingrich explained in confidential tapes obtained by Roll Call, 'but if you think of the Contract with America, it was, in fact, a training implementation document masquerading as a public relations device...It was designed as a training implementation document for the freshmen when they arrived...It was guaranteed that from election day through April, early April, that the House Republican Party would have to behave in a deviant manner from what it would morally be expected to do."

Newt Gingrich is a slick, deceitful political animal. The so-called Contract with America was a lie, a farce. The Grand Old Party thinks so much of your loyalty, they treat you like cattle. Mislead you, lie to you, feed you, medicate you with "free prescription drugs," and herd you into the desired direction using phony, glitzy headline grabbers, i.e. the Contract with America - introduced only six weeks before the election in 1994.

Here we are with polls and pundits predicting Republicans could pick up as many as 45 seats in the House and what do we have rolled out about six weeks before election time complete with drums and photo array? A "new" Pledge to America! What timing.

You see, the corrupt GOP incumbents in the House know that some of the expected wins by non-incumbents are constitutionally minded individuals. Those incoming freshmen, just like back in 1994, have to be controlled. Incumbent scoundrels will all get reelected touting this "new" Pledge with America that isn't worth the paper its written on. They hold the power seats on committees. Don't tow the line and you're assigned to a minor position on the committee to over see hanging wall paper. This 'Pledge' is all about control. It is about fooling independents for votes.

There is carefully crafted language about America's founding and principles:

"Our plan offers a clear and clearly different approach, one in which the people have the most say and the best ideas trump the most entrenched interests. Our plan stands on the principles of smaller, more accountable government; economic freedom; lower taxes; fiscal responsibility; protecting life, American values, and the Constitution; and providing for a robust national defense."

It's enough to gag a maggot because once you read the document, you will see no where is there a pledge to cut out the cancers killing this republic, only more Band Aids.

The section on tax cut for businesses is sound. Stopping the illegal TARP program forever is a given.

On page 24 is the usual whopper and mother of all lies:

"We will make the decisions that are necessary to protect our entitlement programs for today's seniors and future generations. That means requiring a full accounting of Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, setting benchmarks for these programs and reviewing them regularly, and preventing the expansion of unfunded liabilities."

SS and Medicare are not entitlements. Americans are taxed with a gun to their head to fork over the fruits of their labor even if they never receive a penny in benefits from those Ponzi schemes. A full accounting? Preventing the expansion of unfunded liabilities? Do those liars and crooks actually believe such horse crap?

Look at the debt owed today http://www.usdebtclock.org/ on SS, Medicare the the ever popular "free" prescription pill plan shoved down our throats by the same Republicans who now present us with their 'Pledge' (by the time this is published the amounts will all have increased):

Medicare: $76,678,509,280,239: That's Seventy-six TRILLION plus borrowed dollars since the U.S. Treasury is empty.

The national debt created by those incumbents in the Outlaw Congress that Americans are going to send right back to DC is $13.497 TRILLION plus borrowed dollars since the U.S. Treasury is empty.

How do these "entitlement" programs look to you now? Not only are the fruits of your labor raped every paycheck and on April 15th, look at the additional debt we the people are supposed to somehow pay for -- even if we never receive anything from those damn programs. What is proposed in this "new" pledge is just warmed over gruel we the peasants are supposed to swallow. Those same Republicans did not get the job when they held power before from January 1995 - 2006. Now you expect something different this time around because of this "new" pledge?

Do you know what the Thirteenth Amendment says?

"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

Even if you choose not to volunteer into SS or Medicare, you will be forcibly taxed to keep those schemes from collapsing. It is the quintessential example of indentured servitude and yet, in this new 'Pledge,' there isn't a word about giving the American people the truth. America: Do you not understand we the people have been relegated to little more than oxen under the yoke?

Repealing the unconstitutional national health care law is only partially acceptable. No, you don't replace CommieCare with a different set of government laws or regulations. There is repeat language in that 'Pledge' which speaks about the U.S. Constitution, but the authors of the 'Pledge" still don't get it: Congress has NO legal authority to legislature health care or the practice of medicine within the states of the Union. Let the free market correct that industry and get the government out all together.

"We offer a plan to stop outof-control spending and reduce the size of government." That is a lie. No where in that document does it promise to get of all unconstitutional cabinets like the EPA, Department of Education, Department of Health and Human Services, and a whole laundry list of others where Congress has NEVER had any authority to legislate. All the 'Pledge' says is gee, we might cut a few dollars here and there. That isn't cutting out the cancer, it's only prolonging the patient's death.

There isn't a single word or sentence in the entire document that addresses the number one issue: Our monetary system. Not even a hint that the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 must be abolished. Not a word about auditing the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Banking System. The section on ending economic uncertainty is nothing but fluff. There can be no economic freedom as long as the Federal Reserve Banking System is operational. It must be abolished, audited and the proceeds returned to the people's treasury.

There isn't a single sentence pledging to get the U.S. out of the communist United Nations. Our participation is unconstitutional and a massive rip off to the American taxpayer. There is NO benefit to our nation by remaining a member of that global body. We continue to cede our sovereignty to the UN under all their programs while these bottom feeders hand us some junk called a 'Pledge to America.'

There isn't a single word or sentence promising to get the U.S. out of Bretton Woods and all those foreign financial entanglements like the Basel Agreements which have bled the life blood from we the people. There can be no economic recovery without jobs and without getting rid of the very institutions (FED) and agreements that have been killing us longer than I've been alive. The dollar continues to take a beating. The day of reckoning is coming at us like a freight train, yet there isn't one word in this baloney 'Pledge' which outlines the only real solutions.

Not a single section devoted to getting the U.S. out of the unconstitutional NAFTA and bringing home hundreds of thousands of jobs from south of the border. Not a single sentence promising to get the U.S. out of the unconstitutional CAFTA treaty which would bring home hundreds of thousands of jobs from South America. Not a single sentence promising to get the US out of the unconstitutional GATT/WTO which would bring home MILLIONS of jobs from murderous, brutal regimes like communist China. All the clever language in the document won't create a single job because the cancers will still be eating us alive and destroying our sovereignty.

There isn't a single word about stopping ALL foreign aid. No where in the U.S. Constitution does it authorize Congress to steal the fruits of your labor to give to ANY foreign country for ANY reason. Not for that country to buy military hardware. Not for humanitarian aid; that is for private charitable organizations. Not for dictators to buy whores and ride around in limos. No where in the U.S. Constitution does it authorize the U.S. Congress to steal from the American people to provide loans to ANY country on this planet, yet the criminal in the White House is proposing even more rape: "The new approach portrays aid as a central part of U.S. national security and economic strategies, which could help convince Americans who have suffered through a severe recession that it's still worthwhile to provide billions to poor nations." In other words, tie national security to providing rubbers to men in Africa as the sales pitch to steal every last penny in your pocket.
