Is NYC Trial for 9/11 Mastermind the Right Call?
by You Decide
, FOXNews.com

Attorney General Eric Holder, with President Obama’s approval, is bringing self-proclaimed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and four other suspects to New York City to stand trial, moving them from the Guantanamo detention center where they were to be tried by a military tribunal. The decision drew immediate criticism from lawmakers and the victims’ families.

Do you think Obama and Holder made the right decision to bring self-proclaimed 9/11 mastermind to NYC to stand trial?

--- Yes. New York City is the scene of the crime, and that’s where they should be tried. I’m confident that justice will be served.
--- No. Moving them to the U.S. jeopardizes the case and raises terror concerns in NYC. They should be tried at Guantanamo.
--- Undecided.

The 'leaders' of this nation are so wimpy. During WW2, did we haul our soldiers back home and try them for 'war crimes'? Of course NOT. We were at war and we let our soldiers fight to win.

What did our soldiers do to Germans that they caught impersonating US soldiers? Shot them on the spot. People then had courage and convictions and a sense of right and wrong. Now, the 'leaders' are wimps who can't bring themselves to take a strong stand for right. Even squirting water up someone's nose bothers them.

This human garage at Gitmo should be tried by the military and shot by the military at Gitmo. They wanted war and they got it - they also got caught - time to pay the price. It is foolish to bring them here - just another sign that the obama-nation is run by novices and fools. These muslim warriors have no business in our civil or criminal courts under our beloved Constitution - they hate it and want to destroy it. The obama-nation is opting for anarchy.

WHERE'S THE REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE, Barry? I still question your citizenship.
