Rep. Ron Paul scored a decisive victory Saturday in a mock presidential election at the Values Voter Summit, trouncing fellow Texan, Gov. Rick Perry, but an organizer of the straw poll suggested ballot-stuffing may have skewed the results.

In a press conference following the announcement of the straw poll results at the annual Washington gathering of social conservatives, Family Research Council President Tony Perkins all but dismissed the results as irrelevant, citing 600 people who registered Saturday morning and, he said, “left after Ron Paul spoke.â€

Speechless.. of course that is why Ron Paul won... he stuffed the ballot box? Damn if he has that much power, he should be No. 1 on the polls.

This forum has changed since I was last here, sadly. It appears there are many pro illegal immigrant trolls here. I know Obama is paying peeps to troll boards, but didn't expect it here. Do you or anyone here, believe in your wildest dreams that drug lords, banksters (two in the same) that a Romney (owned by Deutsche Bank), a Perry (owned by the Mexican drug cartel), are going to free this nation of the corruption and scourge?

There is a lot of money to be earned by these b***tards in drug running, and the likes of Obama, Romney and Perry are enjoying it lavishly.

Well, it doesn't take all that much power for a bunch of diehard Ron Paul supoorters to show up to vote and then leave abrubtly after RP's speech. It appears they do not care that their quick departure fuels concerns that they were stuffing the ballot boxes!

I wonder where they were going after leaving. Perhaps they were heading to an anti-Wall Street rally??

Dianne, you are forgeting that Ron Paul is very weak on border control and interior enforcement. And though he says he supports the Constitution, he seems to ignore the section that says the Federal government must protect us from invasion. He is also a globalist and supports free trade treaties like NAFTA.
My favorite candidate would be someone with the overall views of Pat Buchanan.

NUMBERS USA gives Ron Paul an F.
The lowest of any of the major players.

Perhaps you should post a link to that because if it's already posted in General it shouldn't be re-posted here. That would be a duplicate, which is against the rules.
