It appears to me that the Black Caucus is attempting to "play the race card" for a Congressman whose charges are based of graft, not race.

I think that a Caucus based on industry or interests is perfectly acceptable but a Congress that condones caucuses based purely on race is, in my opinion, anit- American and intended to promote the intrest of one race over, not equal to another.
