GO VIRGINIA! GO TENTH AMENDMENT CENTER! But please don't forget about the 9th Amendment to the US Constitution. It's as equally important to the rights of the people as the 10th Amendment is to the states. The 9th Amendment is what protects your individual right to pursue your personal and professional happiness, trades, occupations, enterprises, health, food, reproduction, freedom, and all other inalienable rights without interference or restriction by the federal government, or the states.

Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
