Republicans may delay vote on Sotomayor's confirmation!

SEE: Republicans plan to delay panel vote on Sotomayor but see quick confirmation debate

Let us not forget that not one Republican has asked Sonia Sotomayor the most important question:

Will you enforce the documented intentions under which our Constitution was adopted, as those intentions may be established from a preponderance of evidence taken from the historical records during which time our Constitution was being framed and ratified?

This of course would have started a discussion about following the most fundamental rule of constitutional law!

    Intent of constitution

16 Am Jur 2d Constitutional law

Par. 92. Intent of framers and adopters as controlling.

The fundamental principle of constitutional construction is that effect must be given to the intent of the framers of the organic law and of the people adopting it. This is the polestar in the construction of constitutions, all other principles of construction are only rules or guides to aid in the determination of the intention of the constitution’s framers.
    (countless citations omitted).

Every Senator who supports the confirmation of Sotomayor would be suppoting one who has used their office of public trust to subjugate our written Constitution and the documented intentions under which it was adopted when she ruled in the firefighter’s case, and why I refer to them as domestic enemies.

Here are three DOMESTIC ENEMY RINOs who support trashing the 14th Amendment’s protection against racial discrimination: Susan Collins, Olympia Snowe and Florida’s Sen. Mel Martinez!

I wonder how many more DOMESTIC ENEMY RINOs will vote for Sonia Sotomayor's confirmation.

How can Susan Collins, Olympia Snowe and Florida’s Sen. Mel Martinez in good conscience vote to confirm Sonia Sotomayor who has:

    1.
    made fun of judges making public policy and which they are not authorized to do under our constitutionally limited system of government;

    2
has willingly and knowingly trampled upon the specific intentions for which the 14th Amendment was adopted, an amendment adopted specifically to forbid the force of government being used to discriminate on the basis of race as was attempted by Sotomayor in the firefighter’s case,

    3
has, while on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals ignored a property owners constitutional guarantee (Amendment V) in Didden v. Village of Port Chester. Sotomayor, being under oath to support our Constitution, she was negligent in Didden by ignoring the tyrannical decision in the Kello case and failed to set the record straight as to our founding fathers documented use of the phrase “public useâ€

BTW, I’ll bet Senator Lindsey RINO Graham will also vote in favor of Sotomayor’s confirmation. Keep in mind this traitorous domestic enemy said "We''re gonna tell the BIGOTS to SHUT UP" referring to loyal Americans who want their Country’s borders secured and those who have invaded our borders sent back to their own country! When making this comment he was speaking to La Raza and received an award for his work to have an amnesty bill passed which was sponsored by Ted Socialist Kennedy and Senator John open-borders McCain! Birds of a feather flock together!. I also heard Richard Lugar will vote in favor of Sonia when the vote comes before the full Senate.

America, we have a problem, we have been attacked from within! We are being destroyed from within by a group of domestic enemies who have managed to seize political power and whose mission is in fact to bring “changeâ€

Just as I expected! Senator Lindsey RINO Graham will support Sotomayor’s confirmation!

See: Lindsey Graham will support Sonia Sotomayor

How nice of you, Senator Graham, to support Sotomayor who has proven to be a domestic enemy of our written Constitution!

I expect democrats for vote for this racist, but Republicans? Are they trying to reduce themselves into irrelevance and self-parody? Darn shame.
