The overaching objective of the American Revolution was to throw off the shackles of a government that viewed itself, rather than the people, as sovereign and to erect in its place a government of limited powers where ultimate sovereignty lay with the people. Reflecting on this concept in January of 1800 in his Report on the Virginia Resolutions James Madison observed that “the People, not the Government, possess the absolute sovereignty. The Legislature, no less than the Executive, is under limitations of power.â€

Yes,Yes, Yes!! America's best days are indeed yet to come.

We will soon stop illegal immigration and close that door once for and all.

We will soon pass the FairTax and close the door to government intrusion in our personal and business finances.

We will soon restore protected trade policies and close the door to free imports that put our companies and proprietors out of business and our people out of work.

We will soon end the War on Drugs and close the door to a raging police state that bloomed in its name.

We will soon lift the bans on domestic oil and gas exploration and close the door to cartel-priced foreign oil and gas sold in the United States.

Then we can pin the tail on the donkey, and demand certain things from our citizens such as:

1. You want it, you pay for it.

2. You breed 'em, you feed 'em.

Oh yes indeed, America's best days are just around corner. And won't it be great? We can start talking about making things again, instead of throwing the bums out. We can think about how to improve our efficiencies and the quality of the products and services we all work to produce, instead of the terror of a $14 trillion debt we can never repay or picking on retired workers by scheming on how to cut their retirement and pension funds so Democrats can buy votes in the ghetto.

Won't it be great when no one even lives in a ghetto any more because we tore them down when the people out to redeveloped neighborhoods with nice homes and jobs around the corner.

Putting America back to work with secure borders, a FairTax, protected trade, a legal drug business and a domestic oil and gas boom is going to be one of the most exciting things we've ever done.

Won't it be wonderful to have an American made coffee pot that will last 10 years instead of 10 weeks again? I can hardly wait for that one.

Truly great things lay ahead for US. All we have to do is just take these 5 steps and everything else will fall into place and occur in due and natural course.
