    By a Democrat Potus

By a Majority in the Senate that was controlled by the Democrat Party

By a Majority in the House that was controlled by the Democrat Party

Not 1 Republican voted for Obamacare

Major political figures in the Democrat & Republican Party want the RFID and have come out openly endorsing it; the problem is the public backlash

can they do RFID Implementation by law - YES

How many pages of regulations for ‘Obamacare’?

Much of the text is ambiguous and full of Jargon; that Lawyers will sift through

“Obamacare is fully implemented January 1st, even though the regulations haven’t been written yet. And Brian, we’ve got 33,000 pages of regulations that they’ve already written. If we stacked it up here, it would be seven feet tall.”

Can they interpret Obamacare one way or another as far as RFID? Have they done so in the Past?
