6. He expands the role of the Russia Hoax to include tax fraud and money laundering to try and prosecute Gates and Manafort for something they were investigated years earlier about and there wasn't enough proof to indict let alone win a case.
7. He starts a new investigation against Trump's attorney, Cohen, but has to force Berman to recuse to even order the raid.
8. He orders the raid because no one else will.
9. He raids and doesn't find anything so is asking for information from Cohen's attorney AFTER the raid. And yes, they did break-in, because the warrant was a no-knock warrant, so when Trump accuses them of breaking in, he's absolutely right, because that's what you do to get inside locked homes, hotel room doors and offices early in the morning without knocking.

Do you actually have evidence to substantiate each and every one of these points? If not, why make them if you don't actually know for a fact each one is true? Seems to me you're attempting to muddy the waters by inserting your own opinion and passing them off as truths.

Just to make it clear, I do not support the raid on Trump's lawyer's office because it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the Russian collusion probe. If Trump did actually cheat on his wife and pay hush money, then that is a matter between him, God, and the civil court.

It's all been in the news, that's how I know about it.

You seem disturbed lately. What's the problem? Is your desire to see Trump removed from office not moving fast enough for you? You're going to have a very very long wait for that.

Don't know why you would say such a thing. Oh, yes I do, it's your overwhelming feeling that your "entitled" to last word thingy. Well, for the record, you're wrong.

Truth be told, and I've shared this on numerous occasions, I don't agree with attempts to pass off opinion as fact or or the obfuscating and twisting of facts purposely designed to create a false narrative. Trump would find your cheerleading style admirable. However, I on the other hand am more interested in the actual truth. When I see something i consider disingenuous and/or not factual, I will attempt to correct the record when possible.

Trust me, my goal in life is not to engage you at every turn. It just seems that way because you are probably the most active on these forums and have a tendency to freely share your opinions. That in itself is not a problem. Where the problem comes in is when you attempt to pass those opinions off as actual fact.

FYI: When Trump does the right thing, I'll be the first to give him credit. However, when he does the wrong thing I won't hesitate to call attention to it!

My 9 point post your taking issue with is based on facts, not opinion. I just organized them in a sequence that apparently disturbs you for some weird reason. What you are calling attention to is you think your opinions are more important that other people's facts and opinions.

Dick Morris: Raid on Cohen’s Office Is Pretext To Access Trump Files

The FBI raid on the offices of Trump attorney Michael Cohen will give special counsel Robert Mueller access to all of the president’s legal files in Cohen’s possession on any subject.

It is the ultimate net in his fishing expedition to try to find something to pin on President Donald Trump.

The excuse for the raid is to protect the rights of adult film actress Stormy Daniels and see if campaign money was used to pay her off to keep silent during the 2016 presidential election.

But, one suspects, the raid was really designed to access Trump’s legal files, bank records, real estate deals and other personal or business affairs.

The use of the Daniels case is simply pretextual.

That Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein authorized the raid is further evidence of his bias against his boss.

We recently exposed the fact — not covered by the mainstream media — that Rosenstein’s wife is a prominent attorney for Democrats who oppose Freedom of Information Act lawsuits filed by conservative groups like Judicial Watch.

She has represented the Obama and Clinton Administrations dozens of times, always seeking to help them hide information from Americans.

How much more evidence do we need that Rosenstein must be fired?

This man’s mandate is not to inaugurate a reign of terror against anyone connected to Trump.
Can you imagine the outrage if special prosecutor Kenneth Starr had conducted a raid on the office of David Kendall, the personal attorney for then-President Bill Clinton?
Bring these thuggish police-state tactics to an end.
