My 9 point post your taking issue with is based on facts, not opinion. I just organized them in a sequence that apparently disturbs you for some weird reason. What you are calling attention to is you think your opinions are more important that other people's facts and opinions.

I'm expressing an opinion on what you post that yes I assume is what you're thinking, realizing at all times, there could be a huge disconnect between the two.

deadline is today 4/11/18 for rosenstein to cough up the docs. Wifey could be involved too - obama REWROTE large portions of the FISA rules in his last 70days. Samantha Powers one a day changed.
Want trump to rewrite some rules-acts-memos w/o approvals from congress, just like obama wrote daca and changed the fisa rules. trump needs to use his pen more on border issues.
Nunes demands original document that prompted Russia investigation

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) is demanding the original FBI document that outlines the bureau's reasoning for opening a counterintelligence investigation into the 2016 Trump campaign's alleged connections to Russia.
His deadline for the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI to provide the unredacted document is April 11. In a letter sent Wednesday to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray, Nunes threatened to take legal action if the agencies do not comply, noting that the committee issued subpoenas in August that "remain in force."
According to Nunes, the previous response to his request was a "heavily redacted version" of the document, which Nunes called "unsatisfactory."
Nunes also requested unrestricted access to four Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) applications the DOJ used to obtain a warrant to spy on former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.
The application was at the center of a controversial committee memo written by Nunes and the panel's Republican majority that claimed the DOJ had improperly obtained the warrant by using information contained in a salacious dossier of opposition research on then-presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Republicans have declared the House committee's investigation into Russian interference concluded without evidence of collusion by the Trump campaign. Some Democrats on the committee have said they will continue the investigation.

Raid on Trump’s Lawyer Sought Records on ‘Access Hollywood’ Tape
By MAGGIE HABERMAN, MATT APUZZO and MICHAEL S. SCHMIDTAPRIL 11, 2018

The F.B.I. agents who raided the office and hotel of President Trump’s lawyer on Monday were seeking all records related to the “Access Hollywood” tape in which Mr. Trump was heard making vulgar comments about women, according to three people who have been briefed on the contents of a federal search warrant.
The search warrant also sought evidence of whether the lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, tried to suppress damaging information about Mr. Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign.
It is not clear what role, if any, Mr. Cohen played regarding the tape, which was made public a month before the election. But the fact that the agents were seeking documents related to the tape reveals a new front in the investigation into Mr. Cohen that is being led by the United States attorney’s office in Manhattan.
The disclosure comes a day after it was revealed that the authorities also sought documents from Mr. Cohen related to payments made to two women who claim they had affairs with Mr. Trump, Karen McDougal and Stephanie Clifford, as well as information on the role of the publisher of The National Enquirer in silencing the women.
The new details from the warrant reveal that prosecutors are keenly interested in Mr. Cohen’s unofficial role in the Trump campaign. And they help explain why Mr. Trump was furious about the raid. People close to Mr. Trump and Mr. Cohen regard the warrant as an attempt by the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, to pry into Mr. Trump’s personal life — using other prosecutors as his proxy.
Mr. Mueller’s spokesman declined to comment.
Stephen Ryan, a lawyer for Mr. Cohen, referred to his earlier description of the raid as “completely inappropriate and unnecessary.” He has described it as an overreach by prosecutors into the privileged communications between Mr. Cohen and his client, Mr. Trump.
Mr. Cohen served as part fixer, part attack dog for Mr. Trump. He has acknowledged paying $130,000 to Ms. Clifford, a pornographic film actress known as Stormy Daniels, who said she had a sexual encounter with Mr. Trump. She signed a nondisclosure agreement, promising not to discuss the matter. Agents also sought documents related to deals with other women.
Federal prosecutors are investigating Mr. Cohen for possible bank fraud, but they are also scrutinizing whether these efforts amounted to improper campaign donations to Mr. Trump.
Mr. Trump, who had been planning to make a decision this week about whether to sit down with the special counsel for an interview, has taken a more adversarial tone toward Mr. Mueller since the warrant was executed on Monday. Although he had said for months that he wanted to be questioned by Mr. Mueller, his stance has changed since Monday, and the prospect of him willingly being questioned is far less likely, according to two people briefed on the matter.

Isn't that just unbelievable? A tape that was aired, the whole world heard it, and US DOJ is raiding a lawyer's home, office and hotel room looking for information about it? Rosenstein is insane. RAID NBC and the Washington Post, they're the ones who used it to try to elect Hillary Clinton. THAT is where the campaign finance law may have been violated, not the victim of such a despicable thing as releasing a private conversation while Trump was on a job for NBC, protected by all types of contract provisions dealing with private statements in dressing rooms, sets, and buses. Is this how you treat your workers and contractors NBC? Or just those who happen to run for President on an Agenda you don't like and you want to exploit it to flip the election??!!!

FBI agent testifies Manafort raid was not a no-knock raid
From CNN's Marshall Cohen
An FBI agent who raided Paul Manafort's home last year testified that the FBI knocked three times before entering his condo in Washington's Northern Virginia suburbs.
FBI agent Matthew Mikuska said that he and other agents gathered outside Manafort's door, then knocked on three separate occasions and announced that the FBI was there to execute a search warrant.
When nobody answered the door, the agents used a key that they already had and entered the condo, Mikuska said. When they walked in, they saw Manafort standing nearby.
The raid occurred shortly after 6 a.m., Mikuska said.
Some news reports shortly after the July 2017 search suggested that it was a "no-knock raid." Mikuska's testimony on Wednesday disputed these reports.
Prosecutors already said in earlier court filings that the raid was not a "no-knock raid."
