• The Russian hypersonic ballistic missile, Oreshnik, poses a significant threat to U.S. aircraft carriers due to its multiple warhead capability and saturation effect.• Aircraft carriers, while critical for power projection and military operations, are increasingly vulnerable to advanced missile technologies.
• The cost disparity between hypersonic missiles and aircraft carriers raises questions about the financial and strategic viability of maintaining large naval platforms.
• The emergence of hypersonic missiles like Oreshnik could reshape the future of naval warfare and force a reassessment of traditional military strategies.
The role of aircraft carriers in modern warfare
In the ever-evolving landscape of modern warfare, the emergence of advanced missile technologies has sparked a critical debate about the future of one of the most iconic symbols of naval power: the aircraft carrier. The Russian hypersonic ballistic missile, Oreshnik, has recently captured the attention of military analysts and strategists worldwide. With its ability to carry multiple warheads and overwhelm defenses, Oreshnik poses a formidable challenge to U.S. aircraft carriers, raising questions about their continued relevance in an era of rapidly advancing weaponry. This development comes at a time when aircraft carriers remain indispensable for power projection, humanitarian missions, and maintaining global influence. But as hypersonic missiles like Oreshnik become more sophisticated, the vulnerabilities of these massive naval platforms are becoming increasingly apparent.
Aircraft carriers have long been the cornerstone of naval strategy, serving as mobile airbases capable of projecting power across vast distances. These floating fortresses enable nations to maintain air superiority, conduct precision strikes, gather intelligence, and coordinate complex military operations. Their ability to deploy a diverse array of aircraft—from fighter jets to reconnaissance drones—makes them invaluable in regions where land-based infrastructure is unavailable or inaccessible. Beyond their military utility, aircraft carriers also play a pivotal role in humanitarian missions, such as disaster relief and evacuation operations, while serving as potent symbols of national strength and influence.
However, the sheer complexity and cost of maintaining these behemoths cannot be overlooked. The latest U.S. aircraft carriers, such as the Ford-class, come with a price tag of approximately $10 billion, not including the ongoing expenses for maintenance, crew training, and logistics. These platforms also rely heavily on accompanying fleets of destroyers, submarines, and support ships to ensure their protection in high-risk zones. Despite these safeguards, the advent of new technologies, such as hypersonic missiles and autonomous underwater systems, has exposed vulnerabilities that could render aircraft carriers increasingly obsolete in high-intensity conflicts.
The Oreshnik Missile: a game-changer in naval warfare
The Oreshnik hypersonic missile represents a significant leap in missile technology, combining speed, precision, and a multiple independently targetable reentry vehicle (MIRV) capability. This allows the missile to deploy several warheads simultaneously, creating a saturation effect that can overwhelm even the most advanced defense systems. Recent reports of Oreshnik’s use in Ukraine, where it targeted a factory in Dnipro, have underscored its destructive potential and reignited debates about the future of traditional naval platforms.
For aircraft carriers, the implications are dire. Modern defense systems, such as the Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) and anti-missile interceptors, are designed to neutralize incoming threats. However, these systems have limited capacity, and a saturation attack from Oreshnik could easily exceed their defensive capabilities. Even if not all warheads hit their mark, a single successful strike could cripple critical systems, such as navigation, communication, or aviation decks, forcing the carrier to retreat for repairs and effectively removing it from operational status.
The strategic goal of Oreshnik may not be to destroy an aircraft carrier outright but to neutralize its combat effectiveness. A strike on the flight deck, for instance, could render the carrier’s aircraft unusable, severely limiting its ability to project power. Similarly, targeting supply and ammunition storage areas could create logistical challenges, compelling the ship to withdraw due to shortages. In the event of a nuclear strike, even a smaller warhead could cause irreparable damage through radiation and thermal effects, rendering the carrier non-operational for an extended period.
Cost and strategic implications
The financial disparity between hypersonic missiles and aircraft carriers further complicates the debate. While a single Oreshnik missile is estimated to cost around 40.3million, the production and maintenance of an aircraft carrier can exceed 10 billion over its 50-year lifespan. This stark contrast raises questions about the economic viability of investing in large naval platforms when cheaper, more effective alternatives are available.
Hypersonic missiles like Oreshnik offer a cost-efficient means of neutralizing high-value targets, providing nations with smaller military budgets the ability to challenge traditional naval powers. This shift could lead to a reevaluation of global military strategies, as nations balance the need for power projection with the realities of modern warfare. The rise of hypersonic technology also highlights the importance of innovation and adaptability in maintaining a competitive edge on the battlefield.

- The Russian state-owned defense firm Rostec predicts that Ukraine's newly acquired Mirage 2000-5 fighter jets from France will be swiftly destroyed by Russian aircraft.
- Rostec dismisses the French jets as "obsolete" and "significantly inferior" to modern Russian fighter jets, questioning their effectiveness on the front lines and suggesting they can only be used in the "deep rear."
- Rostec also criticized the performance of U.S.-supplied F-16s, stating they have struggled to make a significant impact and have turned out to be "much worse than expected."
- The delivery of the Mirage 2000-5 jets represents a significant escalation in Western military support for Ukraine, with Ukrainian officials expressing gratitude for the aid.
- Critics argue that continued Western military aid to Ukraine may prolong the conflict, deepen the divide between Russia and the West, and increase the risk of direct confrontation between Russia and NATO.
The state-owned Russian defense conglomerate Rostec has issued a stark prediction: Ukraine's new Mirage 2000-5 fighter jets from France will meet swift destruction at the hands of Russian aircraft.
The firm dismissed the new planes from France as "obsolete aircraft" that is "significantly inferior to modern Russian fighter jets." A Rostec representative told the TASS news agency that the new planes from Paris are "legitimate targets," warning that they will be "promptly shot down" if Kyiv attempts to deploy the jets near the front lines.
Russia Today reported, citing TASS, that the new French planes can only used in the "deep rear." As such, the Rostec representative questioned their effectiveness on the front.
The company representative also criticized the performance U.S.-supplied F-16s, which have reportedly struggled to make a significant impact on the battlefield. "As a fighter jet, the F-16 has turned out to be much worse than expected," they stated, pointing to the loss of Ukraine's first F-16 during its maiden mission in September 2024. (Related: Ukrainian military shoots down its own F-16 fighter jet provided by U.S. earlier this year.)
The Rostec officials' comments Saturday, Feb. 8, followed an announcement by the French government about the jets. French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu announced on Thursday, Feb. 6, that Kyiv had received the first batch of the Mirage 2000-5 planes. According to the French official, the jets will be flown by Ukrainian pilots who have undergone training in France.
The Mirage 2000-5 jets, part of a broader package of Western military assistance, are intended to bolster Ukraine’s air defense capabilities. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky hailed the delivery as a "new element of protection for Ukrainian skies," expressing gratitude to French President Emmanuel Macron for fulfilling his promise.
"France’s president keeps his word, and we appreciate it," Zelensky wrote on X. Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov echoed this sentiment, describing the jets as a "long-awaited reinforcement" that will strengthen Ukraine’s ability to counter Russian aggression.
France's new jets for Ukraine may prolong the conflict
The delivery of Mirage 2000-5 aircraft marks a significant escalation in Western support. It also underscores the growing divide between Russia and the West, raising concerns that such military aid may prolong the conflict rather than hasten its resolution.
Moreover, the delivery of the jets follows a pattern of Western military aid that began with the transfer of F-16s under former U.S. President Joe Biden. While these jets have provided Ukraine with enhanced air defense capabilities, their operational limitations have become increasingly apparent. This raises questions about the strategic value of such contributions, particularly as Russia continues to advance its military objectives.
Critics argue that Western military aid may inadvertently prolong the conflict by emboldening Kyiv to reject diplomatic solutions. Moscow has repeatedly warned that the supply of advanced weaponry to Ukraine will not alter the outcome of the war but will instead escalate tensions and increase the risk of a direct confrontation between Russia and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
The Mirage 2000-5 jets, retrofitted with advanced capabilities such as SCALP-EG cruise missiles and AASM Hammer guided bombs, represent a significant upgrade for Ukraine's air force. Yet, their arrival comes at a time when the conflict shows no signs of abating.
As both sides dig in for a protracted struggle, the prospect of meaningful peace talks appears increasingly remote. The West's continued military support, while bolstering Ukraine's defenses, may ultimately serve to deepen the divide between Kyiv and Moscow, prolonging the suffering of civilians caught in the crossfire.

Russia’s ‘Nightmare’ Ultra-Quiet Stealth Submarines Can Unleash A Nuclear Holocaust Upon America In Just Minutes
March 12, 2025 by Michael
Russian submarines are known from their advanced stealth capabilities. The Russians currently have 64 subs that are operational, and many of them have been equipped with “ultra-quiet” features that make them incredibly difficult to detect. When we think of nuclear war, we tend to think of missiles that are fired from thousands of miles away. But the Russians could simply move a couple dozen “ultra-quiet” subs right along our coastlines and conduct a sneak attack from point blank range. Major cities on both coasts, including Washington D.C., would be destroyed almost instantly. Other major targets deep inside the continental United States would be wiped out within just a few minutes.
If Russian subs simultaneously launched hundreds of nuclear missiles at us from point blank range in the middle of the night, there wouldn’t be much that we could do. The White House would be destroyed before they could even get the president out of bed.
I asked Google AI about the stealth capabilities of Russian submarines, and I was told that they are considered to be a “nightmare”…Russian submarines, particularly the Yasen-class and Borei-class, are known for their stealth capabilities, making them difficult to detect and track, and some are even considered “nightmare” for Western military observers.Yasen-class subs are particularly stealthy, and according to Google AI they are designed to launch cruise missiles that can carry nuclear warheads…
Yasen-class submarines can carry nuclear warheads, as they are designed to be nuclear-powered cruise missile submarines, capable of launching missiles with nuclear warheads.Borei-class subs possess even more firepower.
Each Borei-class sub carries up to 16 ballistic missiles, and each one of those missiles can carry multiple independently-targetable reentry vehicles…The Russian Navy possesses eight Project 955/A “Borei-class” (NATO: Dolgorukiy) SSBNs, five of which are the improved Borei-A (Project 955A) variant. These submarines are 170 meters long and can travel up to 29 knots when submerged. Each vessel can carry 16 Bulava SLBMs, each of which contains multiple MIRVs. Featuring pump-jet propulsion and other acoustic improvements, the Borei-class submarines are considerably stealthier than their Soviet-era predecessors. The Russians have the ability to pull off a nuclear sneak attack against our country at any time.
So it would be in our interest to make peace with them.
On Wednesday, President Trump threatened to do “very bad things” to Russia financially if they do not agree to the 30 day ceasefire that he is proposing…Donald Trump has warned Vladimir Putin he is ready to do “very bad things” to Russia financially if he does not accept a ceasefire in the war with Ukraine. The US President told reporters in Washington: “There are things that wouldn’t be pleasant in a financial sense. I can do things financially that would be very bad for Russia. I don’t want to do it that because I want to get peace. “In a financial sense, yes we could do things that would be very bad for Russia, that would be devastating for Russia. But I don’t want to do that.”Publicly threatening Russia is not going to help, and it has the potential to backfire severely.
So hopefully President Trump and his team will choose to take a more diplomatic approach.
Less than 24 hours after Ukraine agreed to the 30 day ceasefire that the Trump administration is proposing, the Russians pummeled Ukraine with a dramatic series of drone and missile strikes…Russia staged blistering strikes across Ukraine last night just hours after Kyiv signalled it was ready for a ceasefire following talks with the United States. In fact, it is being reported that the Russians have successfully taken the town of Sudzha…
The massive missile and drone attacks cast doubt on Vladimir Putin’s willingness to accept Donald Trump’s demands for peace in the three year war.
And Russian forces continue to make steady gains on the ground.Footage emerged this morning of Moscow’s soldiers flying the tricolour in Sovetsyaka Square in central Sudzha as other clips emerged purporting to show fleeing Ukrainian vehicles being targeted by Russian drones. ‘Our troops are successfully advancing in the Kursk Region, liberating areas that were under the control of the militants. The dynamic is good,’ Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters today. The Ukrainians are being routed on the northern front now, but the government in Kyiv refuses to acknowledge how weak their bargaining position has become.
Earlier today, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy boldly declared that his government will never “recognize any occupied territories as Russia’s”…On Wednesday President Zelensky shut the door on territorial concessions, awkwardly at a moment Ukraine has just agreed to a US plan for a 30-day ceasefire intended to pave the way for extended peace negotiations. An initial statement from the Kremlin said that Putin likely to eventually agree to truce but with own terms as Moscow “studies” the Trump-sponsored proposal hammered out during the Tuesday Jeddah talks. How is it going to be possible to bridge that gap?
“We are fighting for our independence. Therefore, we will not recognize any occupied territories as Russia’s. This is a fact,” Zelensky said in the fresh comments.
“Our people have fought for this, our heroes died. How many injured, how many passed. No one will forget about it… This is the most important red line. We will not let anyone forget about this crime against Ukraine.”
But Russia’s red line in any near-future negotiations will be to demand recognition of the Russian Federations sovereign control over the four easter territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions – which President Putin has previously referred to as “our citizens forever.”
I have no idea.
In the end, I just don’t see how a permanent peace deal will happen.
But if both sides could at least agree to a temporary ceasefire, that would give us some breathing room to talk.
So much is riding on these negotiations.
If they ultimately fail, both sides are likely to escalate matters even more in an attempt to gain leverage.
Could that potentially include western troops on the ground in Ukraine?
CBS News is reporting that hundreds of American “volunteers” are already there…
It’s believed that hundreds of American volunteers, many of them U.S. veterans, have signed up to serve with Ukraine’s army. For some of them, the U.S. administration’s recent actions and rhetoric — particularly remarks by Mr. Trump that echoed Kremlin talking points, suggesting the war is Kyiv’s fault and that Zelenskyy is an illegitimate leader — have not sat well.We are at a crossroads.
We either make peace with the Russians, or we go down a road that leads to the unthinkable.
Which will we choose?
If the Russians ultimately determine that nuclear war is inevitable, they will strike first, and there will be no warning.

TOTAL NUCLEAR WAR: 5,580 Nukes on Standby — Russia Declares National Threat After Trump’s Latest Move Opens the Door
TOTAL NUCLEAR WAR: 5,580 Nukes on Standby — Russia Declares National Threat After Trump’s Latest Move Opens the Door for NATO to Flood Ukraine With U.S. Weapons
Sunday, July 20, 2025 13:16

Russia has issued a chilling nuclear warning following former President Donald Trump’s endorsement of a NATO-backed weapons transfer plan that allows European allies to purchase billions of dollars’ worth of U.S.-made weapons systems destined for Ukraine—systems that Ukraine now has explicit permission to use against Russian territory.
With 5,580 nuclear warheads on standby, Moscow has effectively declared the West a legitimate nuclear target. The red lines are gone. We are in uncharted, catastrophic territory.
For anyone still clinging to the illusion that World War III is avoidable—let this be your wake-up call. World War III is not on the horizon. It is not a potential future. It is happening now, unfolding in real time while our leaders distract us with slogans and selfies. The Cold War is over—what lies ahead is far hotter.
We’ve entered a phase where the margin for error is zero. One glitch. One misread radar. One miscalculated move by a rogue leader. That’s all it takes. And when it happens, it won’t be a slow burn. It will be sudden, absolute, and irreversible.
Kremlin Doctrine Shifts: Every Western Move Now Risks a Thermonuclear Response
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov delivered the signal loud and clear: Russia’s nuclear doctrine is not just intact—it’s operational. The recent U.S. decision to greenlight arms sales to Ukraine via European NATO states, announced by Donald Trump, has ignited deep fears in Moscow. What Western media won’t tell you is that Russia has redefined its doctrine. According to that doctrine, any aggression against Russia or its allies—even by non-nuclear states—can now be interpreted as a direct act of war if supported by a nuclear power. That means any NATO-backed operation inside Ukraine that targets Russian forces—or even territory Russia claims as its own—could be seen as justification for a nuclear first strike.
This isn’t theory. It’s written policy.
Russia’s nuclear playbook was rewritten in 2023 to explicitly allow the use of nuclear weapons not only in response to WMDs or threats to the state’s existence, but also in the case of large-scale conventional attacks — especially those supported by NATO powers.
That’s you, America. That’s Europe.
And let us be clear: Ukraine, now armed with U.S. long-range strike weapons, is openly discussing hitting Russian soil. The Kremlin no longer sees this as a distant threat. They see it as an ongoing, real-time escalation — one that justifies nuclear retaliation under their revised rules of engagement.Nuclear Arsenal: Larger, Faster, Deadlier Than the West Can Comprehend
Russia holds the largest nuclear stockpile on Earth:
- 5,580 total nuclear warheads
- 4,300 operational, ready to launch
- 1,710 deployed on ICBMs, submarines, and strategic bombers
Among these are the RS-28 Sarmat (Satan II), capable of carrying up to 16 warheads and penetrating any U.S. missile defense. There’s also the RS-26 Rubezh, designed for regional decapitation strikes, and the RS-24 Yars, loaded with multiple independently targetable warheads (MIRVs), deployed both in mobile and silo-based configurations. Coming soon is the Kedr system, meant to replace the Yars and expand Russia’s mobile strike capabilities even further.
Let’s be blunt: these are not Cold War relics. These are next-gen nuclear systems, refined and tested for modern warfare.
And unlike the United States, Russia has hypersonic missiles, “black hole” submarines nearly impossible to track, and autonomous nuclear torpedo drones capable of delivering 100-megaton warheads across the globe—all equipped with supercavitating torpedoes ten times faster than anything in the U.S. Navy.
America’s stealth aircraft? Obsolete. Russia now uses 3D phased-array radar that renders stealth visible.
America’s Military: Hollowed Out and Unprepared
Let’s face it: America is no longer a superpower in real military terms.
- We have no hypersonic weapons in full deployment.
- We have no 25-megaton nuclear warheads.
- We lack electronic warfare dominance—Russia doesn’t.
- We have no effective missile defense—Russia does.
- We can’t even mine or enrich uranium, thanks to deals signed under Hillary Clinton.
- We have no stealth submarines that can vanish beneath enemy sonar—Russia does.
- Even our torpedoes are slow, outdated, and loud.
Meanwhile, Russia’s Poseidon drones cruise silently beneath the sea, waiting.
Let that sink in: America’s military has been gutted from within and is poised to be crushed from without.
Yet we prance about our cities waving flags, funding foreign wars, policing pronouns, and worshiping technology—while the most terrifying military machine ever assembled prepares to strike.
We are not ready—not spiritually, not mentally, not militarily.
Russia’s Final Warning—And Ours
Peskov’s statement was not a random comment. It was a warning—perhaps the last one we’ll get. Moscow has signaled that the next strike from the West might cross a final line. If NATO’s weapons enable Ukraine to hit deep into Russian-held territory, the Kremlin now reserves the right to strike back with nuclear weapons—even if no nukes were used against them.
They’ve redefined “sufficiency” in their arsenal. What was once a “last resort” is now a flexible option.
And make no mistake: ambiguity in Russia’s doctrine is not a bug—it’s a feature. It’s designed to make the West hesitate, to plant fear in the minds of decision-makers in Washington, Brussels, and London.
But is anyone listening?
We have poured trillions into pointless wars, broken alliances, and globalist experiments. We let ideology rot the spine of our military, politics, and society. We ignored the threat—even laughed at it.
We won’t be laughing when the sky lights up at 4:00 a.m.
We have been warned. Again and again. We mocked. We dismissed.
But reality is not a meme.
The Final Hour Approaches
If you do not know the Lord—and more importantly, if He doesn’t know you—now is the time. Not tomorrow. Not after the next distraction. Now.
This world is about to be tested by fire.
And only the prepared—spiritually and physically—will endure it.
We pray it doesn’t happen.
But if it does…
Prep your soul. Prep your family. Prep your life.
Because the fire is already lit.
And the missiles are already fueled.
