SHAMEFUL: 16,000 UNPROCESSED FILES OF VETS WITH THE V.A.

SHAMEFUL: 16,000 UNPROCESSED FILES OF VETS WITH THE V.A.

We are apparently still at war with our troops and veterans when they come home from war. Apparently it is not enough for them to bravely fight for their country and to come back mangled and needing major help. For decades now the VA (Veterans Administration) has grown into a disorganized, unaccountable monster of non- representation to our vets in dire need of treatment. It has become an unbelievable, bureaucratic nightmare.

This week my blood pressure went through the roof when I interviewed Dick Phenneger a retired businessman and vet who had reviewed thousands of pages of veterans documents only to discover an enormous, not talked about sea of betrayal to our troops, not just recently but several decades back. He found and verified among other things that a Detroit regional office turned in 16,000 pieces of unprocessed mail and 717 unprocessed documents that had been sent to storage without any review. In another investigation many documents were actually found in shredding bins not in one office but several regional offices. The VA has a habit of saying “we don’t have your records.â€

    What's behind the facade?

This is a disgrace; our vets should be given the best care available without having to fill out extensive paper work and/or give the gov't intimate/private information about themselves.

I think the gov't is trying to get this information about the vets so they have an excuse to take away their guns permanently. In the gun law bill that they are attempting to pass it states that no one that has suffered from PTSD will be allowed to be a gun owner.

It almost sounds like a reasonable statement until the term PTSD is expanded to mean anyone that has gone through such things as divorce, an illness and/or things like the loss of a job fits the criteria as a PTSD sufferer.

We must not forget that obama said that he was going to organize a domestic army larger than our regular military and it seems that is one promise he is actually keeping.

This domestic military is only accountable to obama. Hitler and Stalin did the same thing, they wanted a domestic army of their own creation in the event they could not trust their regular army to go up against and/or kill their own people. We don’t know if this is obama’s agenda but we do know that obama has demonstrated his loathing for the American people and our democracy.

So obama may very well want to disarm the American people not in his employ so that his civilian army can carry out his directives without any resistance.

Gotta love my original home town. The Federal Peoples Republic of Detroit.
