Wow , how do we survive paying on that . Just my state with 1.7 million is enough to break the bank . Look at CA 5+ million and Arnie is laying off and cutting pay to Citizens . He does need a swift kick in the azz on his way out along with the Mexican party in office in the capital . Taxpayers should be sick and fed-up with this give it away government . I know i am .

At first I thought Florida whould have been higher. Then I remembered that many illegals in Florida are ones who overstayed visas. They often continue doing the same job they had and thus would have health insurance. Then you have Eastern European illegals who often times are not as brave as others and do not sign up but rather use cheap clinics or use holistic medicine which many did back home.

I'd like to see this as a percentage of population for all the states.... I calculated Texas- 2006 population estimate of 23,507,783- and came up with 12.825%..... no wonder I'm having to work so hard to pay those taxes.

Aargh!! I am certain the apartment building across the main road from my place is full of those on Medicaid, as having end up in traffic behind a school bus having two stops there, there are only Hispanic munchkins getting off which lasts for a long time as I burn precious gasoline. I am amazed one school bus can carry that many kids.

I believe it would be safe to assume that all children of "immigrants" that qualify for free lunches, also get Medicaid. More money in their parents pockets, eh? And they say illegal aliens don't get any benefits! BARF!

vortex: And did you know that NC's unemployment Offices are checking the i-9's for businesses hiring these foreigners. The house is wanting to add 550,000 more green cards.

So this means the government is promoting i-9 workers over Americans in my opinion.

Can the People, the citizens, suit the government? NO JOBS!

BALTIMORE -- A Snow Hill man will spend three years in prision for trying to bribe state and federal officals in a scheme that cluminated in raids on several Lower Shore businesses last fall.

Javed Iqbal, 40, was also given three years supervised release Tuesday for a racketeering conspiracy related to a scheme to bribe officials with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to illegally obtain green cards and the Maryland Comptroller's Office to receive abatement of state taxes, said officials from the U. S. Attorney for the District of Maryland.

REMEMBER THIS BECAUSE THIS IS THE LOOPHOLE... ALL FOREIGNERS WANT I-9'S AND GREEN CARDS AND ETC. THEN THE AMERICANS JOBS ARE THEIR'S LEGALLY AND THE BABIES PRODUCED ARE AMERICANS?
