[The following is the full text of an address presented to the National Heritage Center for Constitutional Studies at its 2009 Constitution Day conference.]

The Tenth-Amendment Resolutions from State Legislatures, the Tea Parties, the Town Hall Meetings, and other manifestations of WE THE PEOPLE’S feedupidness with monkey-business as usual in the Disgrace of Columbia—even the massive congregation on the Mall last September—are some of the most enlightening, encouraging, and energizing developments that American patriots have witnessed in a long time. For these events are all premised on the idea: “We don’t want you!â€

This gentleman is very good. He does articles in the New American Magazine, and is interviewed in documentaries. He deals with the Constitution as it should be dealt with. Laws governing government. Not a "living breathing organism" open to interpretation. In fact he even refers to that as underhandedly end running on the Constitution.
