Women everywhere need voluntary access to abortion pills and procedures and both men and women everywhere need access to voluntary sterilization, vasectomies and tube-tying. This is just common sense. Contaminating vaccines and sterilizing without the knowledge of the patient is of course wrong on all levels, but access without stigma, criticism, or penalty for such important and vital options to a sustainable population of choice by the people of a nation should exist everywhere. There is no righteousness or redemption in a philosophy of born to die, there just isn't and never was.
