I'm sure he's a great doctor because if he wasn't he wouldn't have served as a personal physician to several presidents. However, serving as the president's doctor is a far cry from automatically qualifying you as the chief administrator of the V.A. Honestly, I don't know his qualifications as an administrator, so I'm just asking if you know something the rest of us don't?
